“Another first class visit”
Reviewed June 6, 2012

My partner and I visited this hotel back in December last year for a long weekend. An excellent stay then led us to book once again for a one-night stay over the Jubilee weekend. Once again, we were impressed and take the view that this is one of London's best hotels, perfectly located within 5 minutes of a main-line tube station.

After arriving at lunchtime, we were not hopeful of getting an early check in. Indeed given less than 24hrs before, tens of thousands of people had been lingering around the hotel watching the procession, we didn't even ask and intended simply to drop our bags off and return at 3pm. However, the receptionist said that they had a room spare if we would prefer to check in then.

This was a fantastic response to a question that wasn't even asked for the above reasons. The spotlessly clean room is fully equipped with everything you'd need - complimentary bottles of water; the most comfortable bed and good TV/air con etc. For London, I found the room particularly spacious as well.

Once again, I would return to this hotel simply for the superb service and excellent stay that we enjoyed. We didn't eat this time round, however did do before. There are numerous bars/restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

It is always fantastic to receive feedback from return guests.

I am glad we were able to assist with your early check-in despite being fully booked the day before and having 20 000 day visitors on the estate for the Diamond Jubilee.

We hope to be able to welcome you back in the near future.

I thought this Hilton was really good value considering the location.

Its new so everything was fresh , the rooms are a good size, the staff friendly and helpful.

Ive stayed in hotels twice the price in London and they havent been much better than this.

Breakfast was fantastic quality with plenty for everything and I slept really well.

Booked with this hotel based on reviews and wasn't dissapointed. The whole thing was done on line and hassle free. Hotel staff including the restaurant were very helpful and try to make you feel comfortable. Our room was a Double Deluxe, a contemporary and modern room, very clean and with all amenities you need. It was a comfortable stay and desreves my 5 star rating.

I had a fantastic one night stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge in London. As an HHonors Diamond member and having travelled extensively, I feel that I had a comfortable, easy and pleasant stay. Upon check in, I was greeted by an attentive HHonors desk staff. Check in was seamless, I was upgraded to the executive floor, as expected. The lounge while somewhat small, did have a nice outdoor terrace, of which I enjoyed the sunset, with a stella and pastries. Good selection of breakfast items (salmon, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals et), afternoon tea had a wide range of teas, honeys, cakes, etc. I did not get a chance to enjoy the Hors d'oeuvre, but I am confident it was also up to par. As for the room, it was clean, quiet and the decor was well appointed. Nice marble bathroom with shower area, bathtub area and several mirrors. I also really liked the Peter Thomas Roth toiletries they used. While they do not have a pool, they do have a fairly well equipped fitness room. Check out was simple and quick, I will return should I ever get the chance, as the location is also superb, being a 10 -15 minute walk to Tower of London, but also 5 mins to the 'More London' financial district. Tube station was only 5 mins walk away. Besides the Hilton Park Lane, this Hilton should absolutely be your default getaway hotel for both business and pleasure.

Room Tip: From experience, as with any hotel, try to avoid the elevator area as it may get a bit noisy in the...

Thank you for your favourable comments. We appreciate feedback received from valued guests but when it comes from an HHonors Diamond member it is even more rewarding.

I am glad that you had a comfortable, easy and pleasant stay with us.

Although we do not have a pool, we have an agreement with a local gym which has a pool, sauna and steam room. Guests get a discounted day visitor rate so you could enjoy their fantastic facilities.

We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Apart from its great location this is a very dependable and well run Hilton. The staff really make an effort. I stayed here for a month when it first opened 5-6 years ago, but it still feels modern and contemporary.
The location on the south side of the Thames can be a bit off putting, but in fact has alot to offer in restaurants, tourist sites and access to other parts of London and beyond.
A good business and tourist hotel, which can be tough to find.

This hotel was booked a while back, and it was a fanatic hotel, very friendly, organised and clean. When we arrived we were issued with a wristband due to the celebrations as lots of public are trying to get in the door, it was well organised. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the bathroom very spacious with a big shower and bath. We are planning to stay again later in the year when there are not so many people around.

Room Tip: We had an executive room 2013, therefore we had access to the executive lounge which was lovely as...

We have stayed at this hotel several times and we love the location. We travel with our kids and it is a great spot because there is plenty of room outside the hotel to let the kids run around and adults get to enjoy a view of the Tower and Tower bridge. Very convenient to tube and several good restaurants. We love the Executive Lounge, there is an outside area with seating to enjoy the view and have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. My children love to have breakfast or a snack in the Executive Lounge and everyone in the Lounge and at the hotel is wonderfully helpful. The staff here is first rate and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: go for a room on the Executive floor it is well worth it.
