Staid for 2 nights over the bank holiday due to its closeness to Kew Gardens.
About a mile and a half, or as we did 150 yards to Gunnersbury station ( overground and District line ) then 1 stop to Kew Gardens Station which is about 300 yards to the Victoria gate. We knew we were in for a day of walking anyway :)
Had a standard room and was amazed at the size and quality we got
A King size bed and still plenty of room for cases with a good dressing table and plenty of wardrobe space.
The bed was very comfy, the room quiet and air conditioning good. It may have been a slightly on the noisy side but only just.
The hotel is undergoing a major revamp and dinner was not on offer, but the breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Their is large bar and food was available in this area.
Car parking is currently limited as the basement park is closed during the renovations
I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel for visiting the west of LondonMore
