We arrived at the Grange St Pauls at the end of an horrendous journey, through snow and ice and cancelled trains. The entrance to the hotel is impressive and the welcome was warm. We were given a room which had a stunning view of St Pauls Cathedral. The room was luxurious and spacious. The Molton-Brown goodies were wonderful and the bathroom was stunning. A wonderful hotel, well worth the five stars and a bargain at £89 booked through Last Minute.com . We would certainly stay here again.

My wife and i stayed for one night to take in a show and we were so impressed from the first minute we walked in to the minute we checked out.We have stayed in hotels in the centre of london on many occasions and this is without doubt the best so far.The welcome we received was instant,as soon as we walked through the door our bags were taken off us and we were made to feel very important. We had a superior double room which was so impressive with the biggest bed i have ever seen and a magnificent bathroom to boot all of which was immaculatly clean. We are returning in april and aparantly the hotel will have a spa and 25 mtr pool so we will look forward to seeing that. The locatin could not be better, two minute walk from St Pauls tube station and a two minute walk to the millenium bridge and 5 mins by taxi into theatre land which cost us £7.We booked through lastminute.com and paid £109,worth every penny in my opinion.

Children very dissapointed that the swimming pool hadnt been completed and all most displeased that full breakfast was £9 extra per person which for buffet of only Travelodge standard wasnt acceptable so we ate out. Location is brilliant but long queues to check in and out, housekeeping consistently didnt provide towels for the children until promped. On departure the entire contents of the mini bar which was untouched were on the bill although this was swiftly removed when queried.

We stayed here on 1st January 2010, got a good deal via Lastminute. We were upgraded to an executive room by the lovely girl on reception. The location is stunning, smack bang next to St Pauls Catherdral. The hotel is ultra modern, all glass, metal and tv screens, wide spaces but also very warm and friendly. The room was luxurious, warm, spacious... everything you could want. We had an external view of rooftops and the city. Bathroom amazing but too many mirrors for my liking, I kept catching glimpses of myself in unflattering positions! It was also quiet as the carptes were really think so not too much noise form corridors. Bed was comfy and the linen and towels were really soft. Loads of piping hot water, lovely bath robes and Molton Brown toiletries... just gorgeous. The staff were very courteous and pleasant as well.

Location is great and the food was very good however room was not serviced daily and general service was not up to par. The bar was very cold in fact we had to wear our coat to try and stay warm. We did not have all the normal accessories in the room, namely sewing kit and shoe shine which should be standard in a five star hotel. Even though the salon is advertised it is not open yet. Staff were friendly but could do with more training.

Stayed here for 1 night in week between Christmas & New Year. Booked it as a "Top Secret" hotel on Last Minute, so got it for £99.00.
Hotel is just beautiful, well worth it's 5* rating, and is I belive very new. Rooms are stunning, and it has a decent size bath and a mighty powerful shower. Ultra comfy bed and really helpful staff.
The location is superb, right opposit St Paul's Catherdral which is a 2 min walk from St paul's underground and a 30 min walk to Piccadilly Circus.
Some excellant pubs & resturants nearby.
My one complaint is that they wanted £32.00 each for breakfast (£22 for a contienental breakfast), but hopefully you wouldn't be stupid enough to pay it, we found a pub nearby that did a cracking breakfast for £5.50.
One major plus point of the hotel is that we arrived at 9.30am, as we wanted a full day in London, and we simply expected to be able to leave our bags with reception as is usual in most hotels. But not at this one, even at 9.30am our room was available and we were allowed to check in - outstanding service.
Stay here next time you are in London, you won't be dissapointed.

We stayed at the hotel on the 31st of Dec and 1st of Jan, when we checked in staff were very helpful and always smiled and said hello when passing. The general building is very modern and nice to look at but was not used at all whilst there! The room was very clean and excellent facilities including the Molton Brown toiletries. The location of the hotel is brilliant 5 mins walk from the tube station Mansion house, excellent views of st. pauls cathedral and 10 mins walk from the globe.
The only down side was the lack of English staff, some times i felt as thought we would ask a question and they would look at you as if were asking a stupid question!!!! Other than that nice hotel not much to fault well worth the price tag.
