Truly a fantastic experience, fom arrival to departure. We were sad to leave this art deco beauty in the heart of London. The service was brilliant, the concierge and front office teams were lovely. We can highly recommend this hotel, we'll be back!

Room tip: Use the complimentary shuttle to restaurants close by!

Very good rooms ! Decoration, technology and a lot of small sweeteners and attentions.
Good location with a nice open air place just in front of the hotel entrance.
Really enjoyed the staff, close, delicate, absolutely not intrusive.
You feel expected and pampered by them.

My firm's office is in Mayfair near the Beaumont, but I had never heard of the hotel even though it's been open for 2 years. The travel agency recommended the Beaumont and I decided to give it a try - I'm glad that I did! I feel like the Beaumont is a bit of an undiscovered gem. The welcome / greeting / check-in process was seamless and very smooth (I appreciated it even more so as I was running late for a meeting). The room was spacious and contained numerous little details that I loved. I won't list everything, but if you like luxury hotels that really focus on the details to truly differentiate the guest experience, then the Beaumont is for you. Here are just a few thoughtful details that I noticed. The mini bar is free except for alcohol. They put two types of chocolate next to the bed during turndown. There are card games on the night stand with instructions. There's a leather tray for wallet and keys. All toiletries that I requested were delivered quickly and in discrete pouches by housekeeping. The last detail that I really appreciated was the club room for hotel guests. I didn't get a chance to sit down for breakfast as I was in a rush, but the club room for hotel guests only was a pleasant and relaxing place to grab a quick pastry and coffee. The private room off to the side felt luxurious and had everything that I needed for a quick breakfast. I only wish I had time to relax and read the paper there (it was, after all, the week after brexit and Iceland beating England in the euro cup).

I will definitely stay at he Beaumont again when in London whether for business or vacation. Frankly, I'm a bit surprised that it's not part of LHW, relais and chateaux or SLH. Hopefully I have more time to enjoy the hotel next time!

I am glad that you followed the recommendation of your travel agency and delighted that you had a very good first stay with us at The Beaumont, so much so that you say you will stay with us again! It is true, we are still a little bit "under the radar”: being small, independent and tucked away on a quiet Mayfair square means that personal endorsement and recommendations from previous guests and in-the-know travel agents introduces many people to us, who delight in their “discovery”. It is the biggest compliment we could ask for.

So pleased to hear that you found your arrival experience smooth and seamless and that you appreciated your room and all little details and attentions. "If you like luxury hotels that really focus on the details to truly differentiate the guest experience, then the Beaumont is for you" - that is exactly who we are - thank you!

Pros:
- Modern and yet harks back to 1920 NY feel
- Clean room
- Strategic location to Bond St and Oxford St
- Even though it's a no tipping hotel but the service was impeccable
- Free minibar outside alcoholic drinks

Cons:
- If you required an extra bed, you'd most likely be given the room for handicapped/disabled. Bathroom did not have bathtub, shower did not have a room so it could get pretty wet and messy in the bathroom.

Visited the American bar, from the moment you arrive it's like stepping back in time to a speakeasy in New York service and quality of drinks amazing could not fault our visit

To top it off the Door man (apologies I forgot your name) drove us to our restaurant in the hotels classic Rolls Royce ....thank you again.
