Open for only 5 months, but this hotel should soon climb up through the rankings. There was nothing to fault. A lovely comfortable bed, conveniently situated for walking into the West End and a lovely breakfast. Well done Hilton - excellent value all round.

Room Tip: Top floor - good views and extremely quiet.

The room is spacey, better than usual room size in London. Quite conveniently close to Waterloo station, you can get to the Strand in 10 min walk. Nice clean colors and materials in the bedroom, with a good rest room. Somewhat limited breakfast selection, but included in the price. Unfortunately my room had a very noisy air conditioning system, which takes a star off my rating (would have been a 4 stars)

For a 1-2 day business trip, it's a great place. Fairly close to popular destinations in London and Westminster...about a 45 minute cab ride from Heathrow (you're looking at £60). The hotel is new and that's nice. But the rooms are not designed for anything but living out of your suitcase. There are absolutely no drawers, except for two drawers of the nightstand. There is a closet with junior size ironing board and maybe 5 hangers. The room itself is probably around 200 square feet. The bathroom is decent sized...bigger than most bathrooms in a midtown New York hotel. My room had a shower only, but nice fixtures (all Grohe) and no problems with hot water, water pressure, slow drains, etc. the room has no refrigerator, no ice bucket...it had a water heating pot for the Nescafé instant coffee. The wifi reception was good. The lobby had 3 PCs and a color laser printer available.

Like all Hampton Inns, it offers free internet and a free breakfast. The breakfast, for a Hampton, is first rate. Hampton Inns in the US have pretty lackluster breakfasts with bagged up Danishes and pre-fabricated egg McSandwiches. This Hampton Inn had a full buffet with nice selection of hot and cold items and fresh pastries.

In conclusion, great place for a quick business trip, if you don't mind not having to unpack. If you're here for an extended period or with a family, best to look elsewhere because the lack of storage space is aggravating.

8th floor is cityview as it should be, they charge extra for 6-7th floor also and yes it also cityview but windos are so much smaller than floor 8, that its not the same cityview feeling as it is on floor 8. So if U payd extra for cityview, U should demand floor 8 :)

Hotel was ideal location for us and was very clean food was delicious and staff very helpful. We found the key cards a bit confusing in the lifts, so we used the stairs. We went to see tour de france so the hotel was a great location 5mins walk from the hotel

We spent five nights at this hotel in June. It is located 150 yards from the Waterloo train station. The hotel is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, close to the train station, a 5-7 minute walk to the London Eye, another five minutes to Big Ben. It's a ten minute walk to the theater district. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast had plenty of selections. the staff was polite and very helpful with questions. i would definitely stay here again. There is a grocery next door and several restaurants and bars close by. The beds were firm and very comfortable.
