It has been great fun for me taking photographs with the guards standing by.
I must say I have been very impatient to wait and watch the parades. I have admired their line up from the first time I came to London April 2011, May, June 2012 and August 2013. They are very beautiful to behold

We were lucky enough to have a friend doing the troop and got us some front row seats in the grand stands, our boys loved seeing the soldiers in full dress and the marching to the band, it really was a great day they got photos with some of the senior officers, down side is the waiting around and the toilets get big queues not good with two little ones you also have to be seated once it starts but its all worth it

It is treat to your eyes especially if you are from armed forces back ground. These house guards are very disciplined and loyal to the royal family. Must take few snaps of them at all angles!
