well where do I start, it was excellent, just stayed there last week with couple of friends, who have come over from America, thought I book a place that will wow them, and this place certainly didn't disappoint.

the rooms were big, the view we got was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, the bar is lovely, wow no wonder its 5 star,ok not cheap, but boy was it worthwile.enjoyed it,my friends loved it, will definitely go again.

Excellent London hotel, it may be slightly off the beaten track for sightseeing, but its only 3 tube stops from London Bridge and access to Borough market, Shakespeares Globe and the SouthBank. Will be looking to stay at this hotel again if visiting London.

We often book Hilton and love the standards they set - however this stay was not the usual standard, we tried to check in to be told the room was not ready so ordered a coffee and sat in reception for 1/2 hour watching others check in. We approached reception again to be told it may be a little longer and after waiting a further 1/2 and approaching reception again was given an executive room upgrade. I would like to stress this is not usual for Hilton and there were possibly circumstances out of their control but this was not conveyed. We enjoyed our stay and had booked to enable us to watch Monty python at the O2 which was also easy to access from this hotel.
I remain a fan of the Hilton brand and some of the staff went the extra mile which we really do appreciate, but communication and approach-ability needs to improve to give this hotel the usual Hilton welcome.
Room was high standard and clean and the local area was interesting and accessible and provided an enjoyable afternoon strolling by the water and chatting to the locals.

Room Tip: Executive floors 12-14 have private lounge.

Family weekend in London. Hotel was an excellent base for our days out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. camp bed in room was OK but uncomfortable for our daughter but overall cleanliness and facilities were excellent.

The hotel is two minutes walking to DLR station and five minutes to Canary Wharf undergraund station. Next to the big mall of Canary Wharf, with a lot of posibilities for make some purchases and eat/drink something. Good value for money.

Thank you so much to everybody at the Hilton for a great few days. I travelled with my two children and we had the perfect stay - my 3 year old girl said she wanted to stay there 'for ever and ever'.
The room was perfect , kindly upgraded. Lots of treats to make the children, and me, feel special. Superb attentive service from all, especially in exec lounge. We hope to return very soon!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Everything was perfect. Loved the huge bed and quality fittings. The buffet breakfast was amazing. A nice location at Canary Wharf. A couple of minutes walk from both the DLR and the underground Jubilee line. Will definitely stay here again.
