The hotel was very smart and welcoming. Staff made you feel like they really wanted to be helpful and had a sense of humor. They went out of their way to be friendly but not intrusive. Rooms were to a high standard but a bit noisey due to the DRS but not enough to affect a good nights sleep. Easy to get to the o2 and Tower of London.

This was our second stay at the Hilton Canary Wharf and once again we were very pleased with the standard of service and accommodation.
We had taken advantage of an Expedia secret saver rate where you don't get to know the name of the hotel until you book. The 4* canary Wharf /Docklands hotel turned out to be this Hilton and we were extremely pleased with the price paid, a substantial saving on the usual room rates.
We were in London to take part in the Ride London freecycle so had the car plus 2 bikes with us. This hotel was suited our needs as we were able to park the car and store the bikes securely in the hotels underground car park, albeit for a £20 per night fee but that's London for you!
We could have stored the bikes in our room if we wished but were happy to leave them locked in the garage with lots of other bikes.
Our room was very quiet, no traffic noise, clean and modern, decent size with a nice marble bathroom.
The surrounding area of Canary Wharf has many shopping and dining options and as we were on a room only rate there were plenty of breakfast options within a short walking distance, one place in particular Hazev, a Turkish deli served delicious breakfasts. A Pret a manger was also very nearby.
Central London is a short 10-15 minute tube ride from Canary Wharf underground and South Quay DLR station is right next to the hotel.
We would certainly stay here again.

Stayed at the hilton for a week on a business trip... The location is great if you intend to stay round canary wharf but otherwise i am sure there are much better located hotels as canary wharf is pretty dead post working hours.

Overall the hotel is nice, the staff friendly enough, decent food but a bit on the pricey side. The big let down for me was the fact that the wifi was not free which is really a basic requirement.

Another let down was the ceiling leaking in day one but the hotel made up for it straight away with automatically upgrading us to the executive suite (without us even asking) :)

When checking out - i liked their express checkout - simple and takes no time.

I appreciate the time taken to post feedback and was happy to hear that you found the team friendly.

With regards to internet, we offer free WiFi to guests in public areas and we also offer free internet to Diamond and Gold Hhonors members.

I apologise for the issues you had with the leak in your room however, I am pleased that we were able to offer you an alternative room.

London Hilton Canary Wharf is new hotel in London's burgeoning new financial area in the Docklands. It's very well situated only yards away from the South Quay Docklands Light Rail (DLR) station, which can connect you to pretty much anywhere you want to go in London. We stayed in an upgraded room on the Executive floors, which included a hot breakfast, afternoon tea, evening hors d'oeuvres, and free WiFi in the lounge, making it well worth the additional money. Our room was beautiful and quite spacious, as was the bathroom, with its separate stall shower and tub. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Located about 200 yards from South Quay DLR, this is an ideal hotel to stay at if you want to be in London, but not pay central London prices. Its pretty soulless at the weekends round the hotel, but lets face it most of us are out sightseeing. We stayed for the Anniversary Games this time and the DLR is so good for getting to Stratford. The service is efficient, the rooms are well-appointed and spacious. Very clean. The breakfast is self service and to be honest, you can fill up for the whole day - we did! The 10th floor is very quiet and the aircon really works well. Only thing - can we have free WIFI please? Other chains are providing this now. Booking in is efficient, and the staff are very friendly. This is our third stay.

Room Tip: We have stayed on the 10th floor twice, very good.
