We stayed one night in a delux room with a balcony.
Beds are large and comfortable. Elemis toiletries provided and very appreciated! Bose sound system and ipod dock there for use also.
Only a two minute walk from Tower Hill Tube station. The area is very quiet so you do need to get the tube into the centre of town for dinner/going out but nice to come back to a good sleep in a quiet area.

Spent a one night stay at this lovely hotel. Very close to major attractions and stations for getting around. Hotel staff were very professional. We sent a message to the hotel letting them know the reason for our stay was a special occasion and they upgraded our room, left a bottle of bubbly on ice in our room and hand wrote a note wishing us a special stay with them. Lovely toiletries provided, plus dressing gowns and slippers. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We plan to stay there again.

Room Tip: Let them know if you are celebrating a special occasion

The hotel is excellently located near Tower Bridge, although it does not have views of the bridge itself. The rooms are modern and well decorated, as is all of the hotel. All conveniences are provided depending on room type - I stayed in a deluxe room and had a large TV, Bose sound system, ipod dock and speakers (for an iphone 5), as well as complementary items (Elemis toiletries, Pringles, jelly beans, etc).

Room service was prompt and good value for money (albeit a little cold on arrival, which is common with room service). Highly recommended!

I recently stayed in the Apex City for one night bed and breakfast and ended up having a gorgeous 3 course dinner aswell! The food is presented beautifully and tastes just as good and the menu has a great choice. The ccontinental breakfast selection sets you up for the day and was served past 9am which is always a bonus, just in case you are in need of a long lie! The rooms are clean, bright and spacious and the Elymis products in the bathroom were a nice surprise - can't beat a bit of luxury! What I was most surprised with was what a great nights sleep I had considering we were in such a busy part of London. I am used to constant traffic and the sound of sirens but to my delight I couldn't hear a thing! To top it all off the staff are friendly, approachable and attentive. You definitely get your moneys worth at this hotel, 10/10 for a fine 4 star hotel. What a find!

hotel met all expectations, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, turndown service, clean fitness center, ideal location, friendly and helpful staff. We were there on business and this was an excellent choice.
I was especially thankful for the guest services offered by Joseph Opoku. His kindness and his sweet, sincere spirit to help was received and appreciated. He went out of his way on several occasions to arrange and assist us in making our touring plans. He was always gracious and warm in his greetings, never failing to recognize the presence of people around him.
I read a quote recently: "People will forget what you said, …forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."-Maya Angelou
I have felt the blessings of having crossed paths with this employee Joseph, who took extra time and extra care in helping others.
