Lovely hotel at great price for London! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent nights sleep. Tube station few mins walk away and there is a retail park across road and m&s and sainsburys through the underpass. Parking costs were excellent. Worth a stay here rather than Central London if you are driving! :)

Had a great one night stay at the hotel. Good service, friendly atmosphere, quality I expected. Took me rather long to get to the hotel from the M25. Best way if you come from Dover is not via the M-25 southbound, but via A20. Car park can be rather expensive.

We treated ourselves to a pre-Christmas trip to London and found this hotel for £29 for the night. Although we had been looking at Central London hotels, most were £150 upwards so we decided to stay further out and give ourselves more spending money! I'm glad we did, I think Premier Inns are fantastic value for money as the rooms are a good size, comfortable and have all the amenities you need, especially when just looking for a bed for the night really.

I found the staff at this hotel particularly friendly and helpful. We had a little problem paying the parking on the second day but the reception staff sorted this for us and everyone we came across was welcoming and friendly.

Apart from the small problem, parking was brilliant! Although not owned by the hotel it was right outside hotel and for guests only £1 per hour (first 2 hours free and no charge 5pm-9am) so really good value for London.

Colliers Wood tube is only 5 min walk and takes about 30mins to Central London.

All in all a great little hotel and I would definitely stay here again when visiting London.

My husband and I are both disabled - I am a wheelchair user, he can walk but not great distances. We stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights earlier this month, with another four nights booked over the Christmas period. Our room was furnished with a very small double bed which was wholly inadequate, meaning my husband slept the first night on the floor. We had to leave early the next morning and were unable to discuss the room with the management. The second night was no better, the bed having been moved making it impossible for me to wheel my chair alongside the bed on "my" side. Transferring from chair to bed is very difficult and made even more so as I had to get in on the other side which is even harder for me. The bathroom has plenty of grab rails but no wheel-in shower, just a bath. Impossible for either of us. On the morning of the departure we asked to see the manager, who was not available at first so we dealt with an extremely kind woman called Lorraine. She was not able to offer us anything more than a refund for our second night and told us she had asked the manager to offer us a second bedroom for our Christmas stay at a reduced rate but was told this wasn't an option. Eventually we saw the manager who was cold and defensive, saying we could cancel our Christmas reservation if we wanted. Where on earth she thought we could stay instead, heaven only knows. We had already tried to find alternative accommodation - no rooms anywhere in the area, of course! She offered to put a small second bed in our room which we agreed would have to do but refused our suggestion of a second room at a discount. We left feeling very let down, although Lorraine helped us with our bags to the car, she apologising on behalf of Premier Inn and I know she would have done more for us had it been in her power so to do. We have no alternative but to stay here again, but it will be positively the last time - a missed opportunity for the hotel to encourage our return as we visit several times a year to see our family who live nearby. A ghastly experience and one which Premier Inn should be ashamed of.

Room Tip: Car parking is a lottery particularly for Blue Badge holders and the one and only disabled room was...

I have recently stayed here for six nights while my husband had major surgery in st georges hospital. The receptionists were fantastic, always helping with directions, things to do, etc, plus asking how he was doing, it was a very difficult and stressed time two ops in two days! They even sent him a card! The sad part was the bed was so uncomfortable! They are due a refurb in January I was told. Try and book a Rommel on the right hand side away from the road side a lot quieter!

A good base on the Northern line to stay in London without the stupid central London hotel prices.Opposite is an excellent shopping centre M&S and Sainsburys.Good sized rooms and great in house food with really helpful staff.

This Premier Inn is in a good location close to Wimbledon. The rooms are fine, comfortable and clean and with reasonable priced parking which is rare in London. The breakfast was excellent value. What really makes it stand however are the staff who without exception were friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Choose a room on the top floor - they're quieter
