I'm first going to mention the long wait we had for our rooms to be ready but it wasn't a big deal since we were at fault by being early. The wait was well worth it too, our room was spacious, clean and the staff were as kind as could be. Next morning we went down to breakfast and we were full to the brim. The juices, breads, and cooked breakfast buffet. We had such a good time at breakfast we cancelled our plans for. Breakfast out the next morning and stayed at the hotel. It is withing walking range of a lot of things including the underground train way which was handy. We enjoyed our dinner their too and must thank our kind waiter, she had shorty dark hair and tanned skin, very kind. The menu was like a bible, vast selection of dishes, steaks and of course burgers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone at all. It suits everything and if I'm ever in London again ill be sure to stay there.

Chosen as it is close to St Pancras and because of Premier Inn's reputation. We weren't disappointed. Room was excellent and air conditioning was great given it was one of the hottest days of the year. Took the evening meal/breakfast deal which was good value for money.

We selected King's Cross location for ease of getting to anf from Eurosatr and the tubes in London. It worked perfectly and we enjoyed our stay in a modern, clean and yet value conscious inn. hank you Premier Inn!

We got good nights sleep here. Our room overlooked a quieter side street, and though we could hear some street noise, it did not disturb our sleep. The family room was tight with 4 people: a bed for two people, a couch for one and a roll-away for the fourth, but we managed. I was pleasantly surprised that the shower was bigger than the stereotypical European shower; H2O pressure was fine, too. We bought the breakfast and I was satisfied: enough options to satisfy, buffet-style so we didn't waste time and good coffee/tea. The location allowed us to pull our carry-on luggage from Heathrow via Tube to St Pancrans & within a short walk, arrive at the hotel (only 5 GBP per person from door to door!).

This branch of Premier Inn is just as you would expect from any Premier Inn, clean, comfortable, very spacious bed and the usual tea/coffee facilities. It's ideally located for King's Cross train station, so perfect if you are travelling. The staff on check in we're very friendly and efficient, as we're the staff at breakfast. The breakfast was nice, the usual buffet style you get in most hotels, although I'm sure there were some items that could be cooked to order.
The only little thing that bothered me was how long it took for the kettle in the room to boil, I wish I'd timed it as it felt like it took forever - but that's hardly going to put a downer on the stay.
Would definitely stay again

this was a fantastic place to stay for our family holiday! we had a huge double bed and two singles and also plenty of space for luggage and moving around. the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was a godsend as it was 34 degrees for the whole week we were there. would stay there again in an instant, cannot praise their rooms or staff highly enough.

We have just returned from a short stay here to see the Anniversary Games in the Olympic Stadium. On arrival we were met by Dominic who made check in such a smooth and easy procedure, and it only got better, even chilled water with ice and lemon to cool us down if we wanted. We did wonder if such high standards would continue.....and yes they did! Room was spotless, bed so comfy, and staff brilliant.......when we went down for breakfast everything was explained and we were given a quick guided tour of what was on offer. They have obviously got a great team working here, it really shows and they could certainly give other more expensive London hotels a lesson or two in customer service. Great location too, well done.
