This is a modern and quiet boutique hotel of about 25 rooms in Marylebone. It is a 2 minutes' walk from the Baker Street underground station, Madame Tussauds, Regent's Park, a supermarket, and a selection of excellent restaurants. We booked a 3 beds room on a high floor. This is what we got. All floors can be reached by elevator. The room was supposed to be 19 square meters in size, but was no more than only about 14-15 meters. While being rather smallish, the room is air conditioned, has a modern bathroom, plenty of storage space, desk and chairs, small fridge, percolator, and free Wi-fi (that worked quite well even on the top floor). The room came with breakfast, that was quite reasonable in European standards and includes toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, selection of cereals, fruit salad, and coffee. Our overall rating of the hotel is 4/5, primarily due to the smallish room and due to the medium value for money (3/5 or 3.5/5). The price tag of $260/Night might be reasonable for London, but for that price we would have expected to get more.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor

Room was small but typical for this type hotel. Nicely kept up and clean. Beautiful tile in bath, but - the one negative - the tiniest sink I have ever seen! Glass shelf above it makes it impossible to splash water in your face. Others said there was no meat with breakfast - this is no longer true. they offered eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon, and sausage. Also options of yogurt, cereals, and canned fruit. Wheat toast was super.

The room had air conditioning and there is a lift serving all floors. Free wifi, TV, small refrig and safe.

After reading a few less than positive reviews my husband and I were a little apprehensive as our stay approached. Having been asked our anticipated time of arrival, and advising the hotel we planned to arrive shortly after 1.00p.m., it was disappointing to be told at 1.15 p.m. that the room was not ready. The man on reception gave no apology and we were not made to feel at all welcome.
However that was the total extent of our poor experience. The room on the lower ground floor at the back was very clean with lots of storage space and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was the best I have ever encountered in a hotel - easy to use and very responsive. This was crucial to us getting a good night’s sleep as we couldn’t open any windows and it was very, very hot.

Breakfast was good, basic cereals, yoghurt and fruit but very prompt service by the friendly and efficient staff and the cooked food was good. No meat but that was not a problem for us. Good quality bread for the toast, plenty of it and lots of butter.

The room was nicely serviced while we were out before our second night there. Good external door security, 24 hour reception (very polite and friendly staff apart from our first encounter). Room safe.

Would be happy to visit again.

Room Tip: Rooms at back quieter.

Hotel is a B&B conveniently located with bars, restaurants and tube stations close. No frills but clean and seemingly recently refurbished. Breakfast was served promptly and very enjoyable. Would not hesitate to stay again

Stayed in a quadruple room for one night, to see a show. The hotel is far from the west end but just over the road from baker street tube and Madam Tussauds. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable.
The only issue we had is that we didn’t have a plug for the bath which was quickly rectified. The air con/heating system is centrally controlled so cannot be operated without a password which was annoying as the rooms get red hot.
The rooms have enough plug sockets close to each bed, and there is a hairdryer, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities.
The breakfast was nice, made fresh to order, but no meat options.
All in all i wouldn’t mind staying here again but i would rather be closer to the West End/covent garden.
