We saw "Red Velvet" here a couple of nights ago. Adrian Lester, the cast and production team were fantastic.
We were in the stalls. The seats were comfortable enough, and it looked as if every seat (at least in the stalls) should afford a good view of the stage.
Like the previous reviewer we did not know about the Goat Curry, but that's something for next
time.

I, too, saw Red Velvet at this lovely theatre. It's a wonderful production. Adrian Lester is superb.

Most forward facing seats seem to have a good view, especially row H where we were seated. Not sure about the slip seats, though. However, they do have arms.

Very small Ladies loo, where washing and drying hands, at a busy time is a little like a sliding square puzzle.

The bar was busy. always a good sign, and I wish I'd known about the £8 Goat Curry before we ate at home!

This is a lovely little theatre and cinema in the midst of Kilburn. Lovely shows on - we saw Red Velvet and i have also book dot see Nina Conti. Seats are covered bench style and not very comfy but views are great.

Terrific shows - seats were uncomfortable but didn't care as both shows were brilliant. At a price we can afford it's just so nice to go local and see a West End show.

Just one of those spontaneous days; saw a review in the paper for 'Once a Catholic,' a romp though the school year of three fifth formers at a north London girls school run by Nuns, and booked for the matinee that same day. Rollicking fun!

The location was, for us country people, almost just as entertaining. Well known on the fringe of London theatre circles but, physically, four miles to the north, the Tricycle has gained a reputation for putting on a wide range of almost revolutionary plays and other entertainments. On this visit, it seems that they have the formula right.

The entrance, just off Kilburn High road, is new with a good sized box office which looks as if it cope with a rush of custom...nothing worse than having to wait your turn while the time ticks down to the opening number.

Just behind is a bar/cafe area, the latter only taking cash for food. Jerk chicken, coleslaw and rice for a decent £7. And pretty decent it was, too.

For a sell-out performance, nothing seemed crowded, or rushed. The reason becomes obvious when you go into the auditorium; it has seating for no more than a couple of hundred. As we were the last to buy tickets, we were in the far reaches of the top floor but, even here, we had a clear view of the stage and could hear every word. Nice seats, too.

All in all, a great experience and one we will return to.
