The rental was the perfect size for my college-aged son and myself. Close to transportation and a good value. It was a little difficult finding our way into the unit. Recommend meeting your taxi or ride in front of the gate near the London Oratory School since the buzzer to let cars in wasn't working. We stopped in at the Atlas pub on several occasions since the food was great and the service was friendly. Since were there in the dead of January, we didn't see the property in sunlight but it still was warm and cozy until we stepped outside. Brrrr!
Love everything about this apartment . The best 2 bedrooms apartment with sofa bed . It have washer and dryer . Quiet and nice neighbourhood . Near to undeground . Thanks to
Peter and Alysha .
The flat was spotless and perfectly suited to our needs. We stayed for nearly 2 weeks, and it was a wonderful base for all our forays into different parts of London and the southern coast, with 3 nearby Tube stations. The neighborhood itself is charming, with a large variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities. We have found our second home in London and plan to return. Loved hearing the enthusiastic Chelsea FC song from the nearby stadium, and Brompton Cemetery was a historical wonder.
The apartment has everything needed. It is near to grocery stores, places to eat and the underground. A great place to retreat to after a long day of touring the busy city.
This apartment is in a great location. Only a ten minute stroll to the tube station and not much further to restaurants and shopping. Apartment has everything you need and is in a very quite area, just what you need after a day out in the hustle and bustle of London. We had a great stay, Thankyou.
Was not disappointed. Location in Kensingtion was perfect, close to Brompton train line and very quiet residential area. After busy site seeing days in the city, a welcome refuge! Highly recommend!
We rented this flat for one month. It was great for me and my 9 year old twins. The flat is easy walking distance to the market and cafes and to the West Brompton and Earls Court stations. The West Brompton station is closer, but most trips end at Earls Court (get off at South Kensington instead and go from there to West Brompton if it's later in the evening).
We met some friendly folks in the adjacent park who let the kids play with their dog. For those with kids, this is a quiet park not a "playground" park. Funny thing though, there were often kids playing in the West Brompton cemetery pathways. The neighbors that we saw always had a friendly nod. All in all the complex is pretty low key.
The flat was clean when we arrived and the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. Since this was a long term stay, extra towels and sheets available would have been welcome, but there is a washer dryer available and we made good use of it.
This was a good home away from home while we were pretending to be Londoners for the summer.
