We had 2 stays at 44 Curzon St recently in a 1 bedroom apartment - at the beginning (Unit 8 - level 3) and end (Unit 4 - level 1) of a 6+ week trip through the UK. We could not fault the apartments. While the kitchen is certainly small it does have everything you need. Location was brilliant - so many restaurants and pubs literally next door - the Marks and Sparks at Green Square tube is great to pick up food. The bedroom, bathroom and living area were spotlessly clean and so spacious - you do not normally get that amount of space so close to the city. We also felt the property was very safe and secure - there were armed policy guarding an embassy just down the road. The staff were exremely helpful. Yes the lift is small and yes it did not work for part of our stay but the stairs were easy and accessible - no drama at all. We could walk everywhere from this apartment (Green Park close, Buck Palace close, even the Ritz!) so saved lots on Tube fares. However the closest station is only a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be back to stay!

My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at Curzon st Apartments. It was terrible. We were on the fourth floor, without a lift and as we climbed the stairs they became more narrow and winding. The apartment itself was of a reasonable size, however the only decent room was the bathroom. The kitchen was very run down and smelt. The second bedroom was so small that the wardrobe could not be accessed because the second bed was in front of it. Also of great concern was the fire door which was accessed through the ceiling of the bathroom. Yes the location is great but if you decide to book here ask a lot of questions, the web site is very deceiving. Also the staff very unhelpful and curt.

We spent 6 nights at No 10 Curzon which is right across the road from No 44. We had a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment was great - everything we (2 adults and an 8 yo child) needed to be comfortable. The location is great for restaurants and to pick up food for other meals. Great location to explore London whether you like to walk or use public transport - so close to Buckingham Palace and other tourist spots.

Only watch out would be that there is no reception on a Sunday so if you plan to arrive on a Sunday then don't expect to be able to get in or store your bags. We were lucky as we took up the complimentary pick up from Heathrow and the driver was able to let us into the buidling to store our bags. If we had not been able to do this I am not quite sure what we would have done as we were not able to get through on the after hours number provided.

Would recommend and will stay again if we go back.

We are a family of four who stayed at 10 Curzon Street Apartments for our first trip to London.
We were glad we did , the apartments were clean , cosy, comfortable and secure in a good neighbourhood. We were able to walk to many sights as well as enjoying the restaurants in Shepherd Market across the road .Being a family we like to eat in on occasions so having a kitchen was great and we could readily buy groceries a short walk away at Sainsburys or Tesco. A Laundry Service is available in Shepherd Market which was reasonably priced , I think it was called Soul Man.
It was our first time in London so we were a bit apprehensive but these apartments made us feel comfortable and secure as it were home away from home
We will definitely stay in again when we return in 2013.

We recently had a 3 bedroom apartment at 33 Charles Street for 5 adults and a toddler. It was perfect! Close to everything we needed in London as well as heaps of restaurants and some shops, we were able to walk to the major sites and the apartment was clean, homely and beautiful to stay in.

We rented a one bedroom apartment for just under two weeks at 44 Curzon Street in London. The location was central to all major tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. Green Park, Kensington, Buckingham Palace and St James Park are all within a 5 to 10 minute work of the property. Around the corner behind the apartments is Shepherds Markets containing a number of lovely little boutique restaurants and pubs. An ATM is just outside the front door (very convenient)!!

The unit has a large well appointed sitting room, large bedroom and bathroom. The unit is also equipped with a small kitchen. Furnishings are a little tired but still provide the comforts of home and away from the hotel atmosphere. There is also a small balcony just off the sitting room which gave us a great view out on to the main street. The units are serviced everyday and Terry, the lady on reception, is very welcoming and extremely helpful to all of your questions. She provides a friendly smile and can provide local advice as well as organising any bus trips, hire cars etc., that you may require.

There is also a two phones (one in bedroom and another in the sitting room) of which you can dial internationally. The old but very quaint lift, whilst small, did not miss a beat, providing you CLOSE the main door properly. Otherwise lift will stay on the last floor it went to. All your grocery needs can be purchased at Marks and Spencers a short distance away. When you leave the main door, turn right, and then right again into White Horse Street. Walk to the end then turn left and walk about four short blocks and you will arrive at Marks and Spencers at Green Park Station. They provide all your grocery needs which comes in very handy for the apartment. The best and most economical laundry service is in Whitehorse Street and is called 'Sole Man'. Terry can provide directions if you get lost. One bag load of washing will cost you twelve pounds which is good value compared to cost of other laundries in the area. Terry can also give assistance should your needs require a larger apartment. The business manages quite a few other buildings with 2 and 3 bedroom options. All in all we had a magnificent time and would not hesitate to return to this lovely part of London.

Theatreland, Soho and many cultural attractions are all within walking distance. Stayed 2 nights in Flat 3 at 33 Charles st. 3 bedroom flat, Well equipped, comfortable and clean. Also secure. No noise problems.
