Great hotel, we stayed for the night to attend a concert at The O2 arena. Hotel is walking distance from the arena along a safe, well lit road. Parking excellent value in London for hotel guests. As priority club gold members, we were offered a raffle ticket on check-in and won two complimentary glasses of wine in the bar. A nice touch. Would recommend staying at this property, clean, quiet and excellent value.

Room Tip: A high floor would most likely be quietest

Really good holiday inn express. Breakfast was good and the rooms clean and comfortable. We also used the meeting rooms which were well equipped and good value. We worked in the hotel but its well situated for the O2 and public transport.

We stayed here for a general day in London with two pre-teens. The O2 is interesting (little bit of a walk from the hotel but along mainly green areas; so quite a nice stroll and the kids had plenty of safe running space). The emirates cable car is conveniently nearby and the water taxi to town is amazingly fast - probably faster than a car and much more entertaining. So, great location. Hotel is in a quiet spot with very good views, modern and with very cheap parking (£7 a day for guests midday-midday - we paid an extra day (£7) to leave in the evening which is still very cheap). Rooms were very good for this price in London (from experience); breakfast was basic but reasonable. Staff very friendly. Pay WiFi in rooms which would be the only thing that might make me think twice about a business stay; otherwise, given the water taxi, this would be a good choice even for a visit to Westminster/ Tower/central London if you don't mind a 15 min walk to the terminus.

This hotel is ideally situated if you are going to a concert at the O2 Arena and the rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable.
We were greeted warmly upon check-in and given the keys to our room. You need these keys to access the main floors in the lift, adding extra security. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was included in the price we paid although there was a queue and the selection wasn't huge and some of the cooked items didn't seem all that hot.
I'd happily stay here again if I were to visit the O2 Arena again.

Was surprised how big room and bed was. Was very comfortable stay in regards to visit O2 for a concert.

I would reccomend this place without hesitation.

Worth mentioning that you don't need a wifi there as signal is so strong that I was making Skype calls and uploading pics within seconds on 3G.
