This independent has thought of everything....

In deep East London, the proprietor has created a shop full of treats for all ages....split into 3 areas.

It has a cafe at the front of the store, serving the finest coffee (Nude Espresso) and sandwiches made freshly each day, with retro chocolate bar milkshakes where you pick amy chocolate bar and they turn it into a scrumptious milkshake, smoothies and retro weighed sweets...

The second area is the gift shop at the back...as you walk through the cafe, you walk through a man made cave i to what is called the plunder...ie the cave of plunder.....here is the quirkiest and funniest gifts I have ever seen...

From Talking Ted from the blockbuster movie TED, to gingerbread cookie cutters to gifts for both young and old....baby and children....this truly does seem to be a refreshing family friendly store..

They have a lovely seating area, baby high chairs for yummy mummies, you name it, they have tried to cater for everyone.....All food is also ethnic friendly and all food and drink is halal suitable/approved.....there is a large range of vegetarian options on the menu. This shop has definitely tried to be different from the rest.

I know they are in the process of finishing the basement as the store has two levels.....from what I understand this is going to be their fancy dress department, again for adults and children alike to buy their halloween, book week or any fancy dress party costume etc.

Its refreshing that you can shop here and grab a healthy smoothie, salmon sandwich or a bag of old school sweets and milkshake and at the same time grab a last minute gift for a loved one, etc and an option to buy online from their website on a rainy day the same items in store, online is the cherry on the cake.

Well done http://caveofplunder.com
