“Seriously cool oasis”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 1, 2013

Just spent two nights here with my wife. Our usual haunts were booked, we tend to stay at larger hotels and chains, never again! Beautiful design, freindly and genuine staff, great breakfast, best bed I've slept in...ever! A very cool bar. Probably not the place for a business trip but for shows, shopping and nightlife this is a seriously cool oasis in one of London's most vibrant districts. Can't wait to return.

Traveled on my own this time, really loved this hotel, the rooms were beautifully decorated and worked well. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the linen was very fine. I loved the various communal spaces, all beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent, I also tried the restaurant for lunch and again, excellent. Position was great and the area very lively, it is quite an expensive hotel however you definitely get what you pay for.

My husband and I stayed at the Soho as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations, and our expectations were high prior to the visit.

We have previously stayed at Number Sixteen and really enjoyed it there, so we were hoping for a similar experience.

I am pleased to say that the hotel, and the staff exceeded our expectations! We were treated so well during our stay and your staff really went out of there way to make our anniversary celebrations even more special.

The room was absolutely gorgeous (we even received an upgrade which was completely unexpected!), and we loved the library and bar areas too - my husband couldn't have picked a better choice of hotel!

The attention to detail with every party of the hotel was outstanding, they really have thought of everything! Absolutely loved the honesty bar too, such a nice touch, especially in Central London!

The Soho Hotel definitely made our anniversary a memorable one.

I can't return soon enough!

It has been 10 days since our family checked out from the Soho Hotel after a one week memorable stay. I am generally skeptical about 5 star reviews awarded to hotels especially in Europe but this is one instance where I personally will not hesitate to give this wonderful hotel a 5 star rating.
The hotel is a boutique hotel where all employees seem to be engaged in a perfect choreography that has the sole aim of pleasing the guests. They deliver the most superb professional service effortlessly all while making you feel make at home. For them work IS a labor of love. The service at this hotel is at par if not better than the top Far East hotels which I thought were impossible to beat.
The Soho hotel is strategically located at the center of the theatre district and few steps from Oxford street. We hardly needed any transportation to go anywhere of interest during our stay.
The hotel facilities are eclectically decorated with the finest taste. One day I would love to have their interior designer decorate my home.
Our room was generously sized with an updated luxury bathroom. We were three persons with four large bags sharing the deluxe suite which measured easily 50 square meters. There was ample closet and drawer space to store our clothes. Our 15 yo daughter slept on a rollaway sofa bed which was as comfortable as a regular bed.
We had breakfast every day of our stay at the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was a real treat with a superb buffet variety and an extensive menu of creatively prepared entrees.
The only thing we missed at the Soho hotel were the Aràbic TV news channels which are available it the larger 5* London hotels. I hope the management would consider adding such an amenity.
All in all a wonderful experience!

This was our second stay at the Soho, due to the fact it was so wonderful the first time and we will be back.
From the moment you arrive the service is friendly, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is genuine, (no false friendliness or snootiness, which I hate!) We had booked the summer package, not only did we get an upgrade but also breakfast was included and a Pimms cream tea - fabulous treat!
The rooms are fabulously large, stylishly decorated, the comfortable beds are to die for - great nights sleep - bathroom - immaculately clean and the toiletries are wonderful.
Breakfast was superb, lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, granola to choose from and the selection of hot food is amazing. Once again service was spot on, relaxed and unhurried.
We were able to leave our car after checking out, so we could do some more sightseeing and this was invaluable. The location is great, so easy to walk anywhere but just slightly back from the hustle of the city to make it a calm oasis.
We look forward to finding a reason to come back!!

Excellent location with big rooms that are warmly decorated and with very comfortable beds but the view can be hit or miss as the hotel is surrounded by buildings.

We only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent – very tasty and plentiful but the coffee was very strong (and that’s from someone who likes strong coffee). The bar is good, it can busy but still feels quite relaxed.

Its within walking distance of so many places (tube, shops, sights, restaurants and son on). We had considered staying at around Knightsbridge / Park lane but were glad we didn’t and would certainly stay here again.
