So forget the movie stars in the lobby and the overly chic ambiance, this is just a really great hotel. The food is great (breakfast fantastic), location is perfect, rooms are spacious (and that means a lot in London) and the amenities are top shelf all the way. Front desk staff are professionals and the concierge fantastic. I've stayed at Covenant Garden and the One Aldwych - this is my preferred stay.

Room Tip: 322 - great sunlight and quiet

Have stayed in the Soho a couple of times. And it just gets better every time. Yes it's pricey but it delivers everything it promises. The rooms are luxurious but not opulent, modern but not cold. And all is very stylish. Breakfast is fantastic. And the staff are marvelous - the concierge team are the most helpful and clued-in that I've ever come across.
The bar has lost a bit of its gloss and it is all starting to feel just a little dated but it's still fun and Soho is just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night to celebrate a big birthday. We were upgraded to a fab suite, which was much appreciated. The room service is great, the bathroom was fantastic with loads of fluffy towels and toiletries. Very good for a top hotel in London

This hotel has so much character - it's stylish, young and the rooms are very comfortable. In gloomy London, it's nice to stay in a room that lets in so much light and is so colorfully designed (unlike classical and pretentious hotels)

The staff were very professional and the English breakfast was a great way to start the day. We didn't get the chance to try the restaurant but it looked real good and was always packed in the evening.

It's a little on the pricey side but we felt that it was a totally unique and cozy experience. If you want to have a fresh, luxurious and trendy take on London - then don't hesitate and book!

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor have a slightly better view!
