Description: Vibrant and colourful, this spacious bar and restaurant has high ceilings and unique design features, with several distinct areas perfect for both large groups and more intimate get togethers. Look into the open kitchen and you'll see the flames of their genuine Basque Country charcoal grill giving their meat the most exceptional flavour. Camino Blackfriars is a great spot for lunch or dinner, and the daily Happy Hour is popular with the after work crowd. Bookings are welcome in both the bar and restaurant. They are available for private venue hire on weekends, and part-hire during the week with spaces available for meetings, events and parties. Just a minute's walk from Blackfriars station, and three minutes from St Pauls, Blackfriars is also home to the beautiful Copa de Cava, a cosy cava and wine bar and a truly lovely place to spend an evening.

I booked this for me and three friends because I am a fan of this chain and thought it would be great to do something fun and interesting in January. The cava bar is fab, you feel you could actually be in Spain - this is helped by the fact that it has been decorated with authentic items from the North East region of Spain which is where most cavas are made. It was a really fun night, the lady (such a shame I can't remember her name) who ran the Masterclass was knowledgeable, very interesting and had a great soh.......she really made the evening for me and my friends. In total we had blinding tasting of 10 sparkling wines, along with some tapas. I was surprised how much fun it was and at the end we had a quiz - no usually my cup of tea but it was made to be fun and I am now a cava fan...you can keep your presecco.....lol! It was £30 each and well worth the money.

4 of us decided we needed some food after doing the Cava tasting in the lovely Cava cellar bar attached to Camino (Copa de Cava) and were very glad we did - the food was good, we had a nice selection of cold meats, squid, octopus and the lovely little anchovies! The waiting staff were friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive and the Spanish wines and liqueurs we had were also good and it was nice to try things that you don't always see on a wine list - I am now a fan of Spanish brandy! The restaurant was comfortably busy with a nice buzz about it. We had a voucher and a Camino card so it made the meal very reasonably priced for what we had. I like the Camino group and will have no hesitation going back to this one.

Went here with parents on the taste card. Very pleasantly surprised, it was very busy but the waiters were very friendly and attentive. Food absolutely delicious and some of the best tapas I've had in London. Will defo go again.

This a new addition to an expanding restaurant chain. We received a friendly warm welcome from the staff, and secured a nice table outside. The restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere.
The plates of tapas were all of a very high standard and extremely tasty. The monkfish was particularly enjoyable. They have an excellent choice of wines and other drinks. Excellent for
either lunch or dinner. There is a little Cava downstairs which we shall pop into in the next few weeksto sample for more wines.
All in all a very enjoyable experience and good value for money.
