Many Thanks for your kind and thorough review. Our daughter loves playing hide and seek around the house as there are many places to stay hidden. Please come back again soon.

“Plenty of room for a large family”

The house was clean and tidy, bedding was good and towels clean, I would suggest another settee in the lounge/dining area it was a little uncomfortable sat on dining chairs watching tv. The surrounding area was ok and the buses run frequently to where ever you need to go, but for us this property was a little too far out of london. The owner was very good at responding to our questions and needs.

Thanks for your lovely review. Your are right, if you want to sit and watch TV as a group of 8 to 10 then the sofa and chair aren't enough. We have another sofa on order.

Beautiful house located in a vibrant urban area. There was ample space and it was very well furnished with comfortable beds and even speakers to play music which was much appreciated. It did not have a microwave however which was a bit of an inconvenience but the oven worked as a good alternative once we got the hang of it. Thank you!

Thanks for your lovely review. We dont have a microwave as we believe it destroys the taste of food. The oven is good and the kitchen well stocked.

“Fantastic house for a large group”

Our group of 8 stayed here as we had 2 nights in London, the house was lovely and spacious and each of the four double bedrooms were styled with quirky furniture and funky artwork, the bedrooms were huge and had comfy beds, there is also one tiny room with bunk beds. The two bathrooms were lovely clean and modern, and the kitchen and dining area were spacious and comfy. There is a cute little garden area outside.
The road outside is quite busy, but overall a good location, we got a taxi into London for around £25. Plenty of buses available but we're didn't have Oyster cards, so a taxi was a cheaper option for our group.
It's about a 10min walk down to a colourful and interesting Peckham town centre where we found a great pub called The Hope, a really lovely escape from the bustling area outside, great food and friendly staff.
We also had some takeaway from the little Chinese place around the corner, it was lovely!
Overall the house suited our needs, plenty of space for everyone.

Hi Corker family,

Thank you for the lovely review.

If you have a bank card with instant pay/ touch pay on it then the buses take this too. It by far the cheapest and most efficient way to get around and to see London (you can actually see Tower Bridge, St Pauls etc rather than being under it in a tube). The tube is great for cross city or longer journeys centrally. The train is best for crossing from one side of the city to the other and for heading out of London (obviously).

The house has sound proofing shutters on all front windows so much of the traffic sound is blocked out. We sleep well in the top front bedroom.

For food there is: Chinese - Silk road, Indian - Ganapati, Pie and Mash - Manzies, Italian - Artusi and Thai - Begging Bowl. All amazing places to eat.
