“A Maltese Treat!”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

A bright and modern Maltese Cafe. Had to try one of everything when I took my (Maltese) dad here a few months ago. Hobz & Pastizzi were delicous! And great coffee! Great staff. Sorry we haven't returned yet....we will!

“Excellent, traditional Maltese food!”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

Great fresh food (including pastizzis, timpana, baked macaroni, Maltese Lasagna, ftira, hobz biz zejt) and all the Maltese staples like Cisk, Kinnie, Twistees, Galletti biscuits, jars of those huge capers, gbejna cheese and very, very friendly staff to boot! They even do monthly special fenkata/rabbit meals as well. Highly recommended!

“Visited on their opening weekend. Great place but did have a few teething problems”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

My wife and I are absoloute Malta-philes and jumped for joy when we read about a Maltese cafe soon to be opening in London. As we walked up to it there was no indication this was a Maltese cafe. We were hoping to munch through some pastizzi and I hoped to wash it down with some Kinnie but sadly neither were available. We were told that they ran out of pastizzi and they hadn't yet ordered Kinnie in, how can you not have Kinnie on the opening weekend!!? Our arancini were lovely but not heated through enough and the kannoli were amazing. As we left the fire alarms went off which caused a bit of a frenzy!! We grabbed a bag of mini qassatat to take away.

We would love to visit again because I'm sure we'd have a better experience.
