Went to see A Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night-time. Good modern digital play. I would suggest avoiding the balcony as there are three or four rails in your view and the chairs are a bit squeaky and there is no carpet on the floor. Other than that it is a theatre much like any other.

Cannot say enough about this production. Absolutely awesome. I have read the book at least 3 times and recommended to family and friends. Was a bit unsure about how it would play out on stage - what a delight! I would suggest reading the book first for the full effect. The production will still maintain your sense of suspense even if you know the ending. I think if you didnt have an idea of the story you will spend a lot of time trying to second guess rather than just sitting back and enjoying this complex yet moving production. The cast were amazing (especially christopher). The stage production was amazing. We sat in the dress circle which allowed us full view of the stage and all the "effects". Not sure if sitting the the stalls would give the same impression. First time at the Apollo - use the 'pre booking' ordering for drinks during the intermission - saves a LOT of time.

An amazing piece of theatre, that was well produced, designed, acted and directed. Curious incident of the dog in nighttime, both amazes and moves in equal measure. Lead actor was amazing in a diverse and complex role. A great introduction to the complexities of autism and give real insight into a persons frustration and closed perspective of their world.

The most amazing part of the play was the stage. O.M.G. the use of the space and of the lights were incredible and absolutely mindblowing. There were a few scenes where my friends and I just stared and gasped in disbelief because the stage was so amazing.

The play really managed to strike a balance between being humourous yet heartbreaking. It was dealt with very sensitively and tenderly and I love the producers for that.

Tickets were pretty cheap - I got the cheapest ones priced at £12, front row of the highest balcony but the experience was still great! The only downside was a slight ache from having to lean over the balcony but I got what I paid for.

SO GOOD. Very deserving of a standing ovation. Must watch!

We were blown away at the amazing acting of all the actors and especially the lead role, an amazing play very well adapted and thought out. You really get caught up in the play and 2hrs 45 mins flew by. Very small theatre and there were no toilets upstairs so you had to travel two sets of stairs to get to the toilets. We enjoyed the play and would recommend the show to anyone
