The first thing I noticed was the bottle of olive oil on each table. The oil was light green, suggesting it was extra-virgin and so it was, lovely and fresh, perfect for dipping bread into. The mixed green and black olives and fresh, soft rustic bread complemented it perfectly. I chose a starter from the specials board, asparagus parmigiana served with a fried egg. Unusual but freshly cooked and very nice. Main was vitello milanese, served on its own so I ordered roasted vegetables which were almost a meal in themselves. I thought the food was reasonably priced and whilst the service could have been a little friendlier it was quick and efficient. I would eat here again.
