“Ale with the locals!”
Reviewed April 14, 2013

The Harp is clearly a local British favorite. We spent an entire afternoon just relaxing upstairs in leather pub chairs, overlooking the street below, with ale in hand. It isn't a fancy or pretentious place but rather a simple pub with good brew in a relaxed setting. Central London location and free Wi-fi. Order your beer downstairs at the bar and then head straight to the back on walk up the stairs. It is here you will find a living room with pub chairs, newspapers, and down time for yourself. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. Nothing could be finer!

“Real Ale Haven”
Reviewed April 11, 2013

This pub has become our London 'local' since the Lamb & Flag became a pure Fullers house (not that Fullers do not brew good beer - just not enough variety for our taste). We managed three visits in two days at the weekend when in town for two plays on Friday/Saturday.
The range of real ales is excellent with many of my personal favourites - and the sausages are an added bonus and great value for lunch at just £2.50.

“One of London's Greatest Pubs!”
Reviewed March 23, 2013

I absolutely love this pub. The atmosphere is superb. It ticks all the boxes and is undoubtedly one of London's best pubs! The range of ales and ciders is unbeatable and includes some very strong scrumpies! One of the joys of this place are the sausages. Do visit this place! It's very popular with locals but tourists get a great welcome.

“No wonder this pub has won numerous awards...”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

No wonder this pub has won numerous awards from CAMRA. The selection and the quality of ale is first class. Excellent service with a smile. I intend to find the time to try all 8 real ales on my next visit (halves of course!). Also, we enjoyed a sausage sandwich which was of a high standard.....PS. The address above is misspelt but not sure how to go about getting it changed on the TripAdvisor site - The Harp is in Chandos Place.
