Went to this little restaurant on a whim with a friend and was plesently very suprised.
there were four of us so we decided to order a range of dishes and share.
For startered we ordered the barbeque wings and saltfish fritters. the fritteres were good the wings were average.
for main we ordered brown chicken stew, i have never had it before but loved it.
Oxtail stew which was also very good.
Jerk chicken - again could have done with it being hotter but good none the less
Curried goat - very good
Please note the food in this restaurant is Halal.
My friends also tried out their home made carrot punch and reported it to be excellent.
I will personally definately go back to this restaurant as i enjoyed the food there. Its no frills but the quality of the food and the excellent hosting by the very friendly couple who obviously owns and runs the place makes the restaurant stand out from the hum drum.
The pricing is reasonable.
