I've stayed at this hotel on a regular basis normally for a couple of nights a week. I absolutely cannot fault the customer service - all the staff are friendly and can't do more to help you.

The price is incredibly good for the location and perfect for those like me that are on a work per diem.

I've been trying to think of a fault as I often don't believe rave reviews on TripAdvisor if they don't seem realistic but I genuinely cant think of any. I surpose if you are looking for the Hilton then this wouldn't be right for you but the price reflects this and you do get excellant value for money!

I would strongly recommend anyone looking for accommodation in the area to give the king William a try, you'll be impressed

Great location and a lovely walk from Greenwich pier, friendly welcome from Mark the manager. Room clean, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Was even given the night managers mobile in case of noise/disturbances which I thought was a nice touch.
Bar was nice and relaxed, friendly staff again...
Breakfast cooked in open kitchen so could see what was going on, plenty and tasty with a laid back vibe which is nice especially when travelling solo.
Will use hotel again and would recommend...Excellent value and far better than the faceless brands out there.

Room Tip: Quieter rooms at the back as front of hotel on busy road...

Arrived on Wednesday to go to the Brit Awards. Room was comfortable, shower in the bathroom was amazing!! TV signal not great. The breakfast was fantastic! Had dinner in the bar adjoining which was good value for money. Man on reception was the most friendly helpful man you could wish to meet. Bus stop right outside which went straight to the O2. Had a really nice stay and wish it had been longer.

Stayed here for 1 night and the manager was really nice and friendly, very helpful for everything like finding taxi's etc and went out of his way to help me and was nice to have a personal service. The rooms are really nice and clean, couldn't ask for more really, asked for an iron and got given one straight away. Easy process, good price for London and I'd recommend to anyone

Only stayed for a night but in that short time would I look to say there again? Yes, without a doubt.

As others have mentioned, if you like to escape the noisy road on the front, a room at the back is best where the road noise is at an acceptable level.

A hotel with a bit of character, rather than the bland / budget style that we have all come to know. A few tweaks required as regards fittings etc, but nothing that was serious, just slightly annoying, but for such a short stay, acceptable.

A one night B&B. Big room and comfortable bed. Shower and loo ok but toilet seat kept coming adrift and the sink drain lever was missing so could not empty the sink. Sink and loo problems seem to happen frequently for us!! TV reception poor. Room could have done with a bedside cabinet and chair, plus, to plug the kettle in, you had to pull out a chest of drawers to reach the wall plug. Lovely to watch the Jumbo jets going over the hotel on approach to Heathrow. Friendly staff. Young manager, he was hands on, serving breakfasts and saw us off with a friendly smile and a handshake. The breakfast was fine, served to the side of the bar. Good choice and quick service. Giant TVs - we would have preferred the News to Frasier in the morning.

Room Tip: Side room to avoid road noise. Check loo seat, sink and kettle connection. Would stay here again.
