The hotel is lovely, all staff in reception, bar and restaurant we met were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, only negative was the lack of natural light when getting ready to go out. Never stayed in a premier inn before and had the best nights sleep id had in ages, quiet areas, choice of pillows and air con all great! Didnt say on their sight but towels are provided. Bar is reasonably priced and buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. situated in a quiet street not too far from the beaten track, this was just what we wanted for our sight-seeing weekend in London!

If you don't use the wifi, you will have a great experience. I knocked it down a notch due to the lousy service. They use a 3rd party provider called Arqiva and it stinks. You get 30 minutes free but wifi is so slow and unreliable, the 30 minutes goes by quickly. When you pay, it is still slow and unreliable and for hours it was down. The staff can only refer you to Arqiva.

Otherwise the hotel is fine.

this was our first time here and i had not stayed in this area before but i was pleased with the location. the hotel was 5 mins from blackfriars station and there was a tesco express en route for supplies! i had checked in online which meant i just went to a kiosk and typed in my surname and then door keys were printed so check in took about 1 minute! brilliant! the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was roomy and comfy! had a view of a wall which we laughed about as i joked that we would probably have a wall view as thats usually my luck but i didnt mind as we were only staying 1 night! breakfast was good and we made use of the bar in the evening which was good too. we visited st pauls cathedral after a speedy check out the following day which was 5 minutes walk away. great location and hotel! i will definitely be going back!

We stayed in a family room for 3 nights over a long weekend. Our room was huge and much cleaner & fresher looking than some of the 4 star hotels I've previously stayed in while in London.

The staff were very friendly and as it's an office district, it was nice & quiet in the evening so we could get a good sleep.

This was my first stay in a premier inn and I was very impressed. I will definitely book again.

Friendly staff, very accommodating - let us leave our bags when we arrived early and after check out to make the most of our stay.
Food in the restaurant was excellent and great value for money.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location: 2 minutes walk from the underground (direct line to St Pancras) and 20 minutes walk from the Westminster.
The rooms are clean and confortable, although the family room for 5 people is too small.
We had a very good breakfast at a reasonnable price for a family.
The only (big!) problem was the delay for dinner: we seated at 07h30 PM; we started to eat at 08h45 PM and we finished at 10h15 PM... TOO long especially with children and for a 2 courses meal!

This was my first stay in this particular Premier Inn and it left a very good impression. The building is an attractive design with a lovely spiral staircase at its heart. It is handy for Fleet Street leading to The Strand. Just a short walk down to the River with its delightful embankment it has lots of restaurants on its doorstep. It feels fresh and new, clean and bright. The staff were very welcoming too. I would recommend this hotel highly.
