I stayed here for 2 nights with my sister. We were coming in from St. Pancras Train Station. We could have easily taken the tube to Blackfriars Tube Station, which is right across the street. We ended up taking a cab that cost about £13. We were asked to check in via an ATM style kiosk which was very easy. The hotel is very new and clean. The staff is very helpful and there are always a lot of people waiting at reception to help with whatever you need.

Our room was very nice. We ended up getting a handicap room for some reason, so the bathroom was a little different but still very nice. The room itself was very open, probably due to the handicap features. The room had a toilet, shower, TV, kettle, blow dryer, plenty of outlets, desk, and two twin beds. The beds were very comfortable.

The WIFI is £3 for 24 hours. You can pay via your device (laptop, phone, etc) and even use PayPal which was nice. You can get room service breakfast in the morning, or they have options to eat in the hotel. Otherwise, there is a Costa & Starbucks right around the corner. They have a great restaurant at the hotel which we ate at the first night. Lots of options and very convenient. Again, lots of other food options nearby.

Great, great location! Walking distance to the tube and the River Thames. We walked to the Tate Modern/St. Paul's Cathedral area from the hotel and it took about 10-12 minutes. Blackfriars tube station is on the Circle/District line which is perfect for tourists since it takes you to all the famous London spots.

Check out was 12:00 and they held our luggage free of charge since we had some time to kill. Strongly recommend this hotel, great experience!

Room Tip: If you're going to eat at the hotel restaurant, try to make a reservation since it gets a little...

Stayed for 5 nights at the start of June. I've stayed in a few really expensive hotels in London when work have picked up the tab and a few of them could learn a few things from this Premier Inn. Staff were superb, very helpful and always smiling. Great breakfast, it was truly excellent. Room was basic, but clean and cosy. Great location too, a minute's walk from the tube station + a little Tesco on the corner. Keep it up!

A perfect hotel except for three things: 1) The price of $250 per night (no breakfast included) for twin rooms seems high for an "inexpensive" hotel, even for June. We needed 3 rooms for 8 nights so wow, what a bill. No wonder they had availability when other places didn't. 2) This is a business area so its a ghost town evenings and weekends. Dinner options are limited to the excellent Blackfriars pub. 3) The pizza in the restaurant is the worst on planet earth. Order delivery. Otherwise, this hotel has a great staff, comfy beds and quiet rooms. Bring your own alarm clock and shampoo. There is no fitness center.

A bare bones room but very comfortable. Wonderful bed. No shampoo, lotion, etc. to take home. Everything is in pumps on the wall. Not a scrap of paper in the room. 30 minutes of free wifi each day. Or you can buy it for £3 a day per device.
Breakfast is everything but waffles! Huge buffet and you can order am omelette.

4 of us have just returned home after a short but very enjoyable 1 night stay in rooms 720 & 722 at Premier Inn Blackfriars.
I really can`t rate the staff highly enough. Rashid is the only name I remember but everyone we encountered was smiling, impeccably polite and eager to please without seeming superfluous! (hope that`s the right word) We had dinner in the restaurant which exceeded expectations, all the meals were very nice cooked and presented. The bar in the evening had a nice atmosphere and the drinks reasonably priced.
The rooms were spotlessly clean the beds comfortable and having tea & coffee faciIities was a bonus. After a good nights sleep I thought breakfast was excellent, again everything was very nicely presented and the hot items were freshly cooked.
Thank you all
I look forward to returning :)

Stayed for one night for meeting nearby. Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast and good prices at the bar compared to nearby bars. The bedroom was a little on the small side but the bed was really comfortable.
