Spotlessly clean (of course this hotel opened less than a year ago).
Warm, friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast - although busy, it was a pleasant experience.
Location is excellent - 5 minute walk from Blacfriars tube station, giving easy access to theatre-land and main tourist sites. Less than a 10 minute walk to St. Paul's Cathedral. Very quiet location.
Only one small negative - for the price, I would have expected more than the very basic toiletries in the bathroom. Soap was in a dispenser fixed to the wall - no other toiletries provided.
Would stay again.
