“The Hobbit”

Brilliant film, pity it's a trilogy as have to wait until 2014 to see the 3rd part, 2nd part out later this year. The O2 is easily accessed via the Jubilee line by bus or even by river and there are plenty of car parks but these are expensive. Plenty of eating places at the O2, spoilt for choice. Seats are very comfortable and films can be booked online AND you get a 10% discount this way.

“Broken ticket machines”
Reviewed January 10, 2013

The machines to buy tickets at the bottom of the escalators were not all in working order - which was fine when the sign notified you but not so when it just wouldn't work!

Nice location for the cinema - plenty of places to eat/drink etc all about the cinema and the building was impressive.

“Sky Superscreen at the o2”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

Went to the o2 to see a film at the Sky Superscreen! Screen is huge and the tickets are standard price so nice knowing you are not being ripped off! Jack Reacher was a good film although you could hear an Echo because the sound is soo loud! I would recommend if you are visiting the o2.

IF YOU WANT COMFORT TRY THE CINEWORLD CINEMA AT THE 02. The seats are wide, comfortable and plenty of legs room, but if you want more from your choxen film then why not book a seat in the D BOX studio, for those who do not know this is the ultimate 3D simulated seating where the seats move with the film, it is not recommended for ladies who may be pregnant very young children or those who may have back problems, or those who may suffer with motion sickness. Also it is not cheap but even so less than you would pay for a seat in the Leicester square Odeon for instance with less comfortable seats too at the Odeon , but for those who love simulators and want to see the hobbit in one of theses D Box's then the 02 is for you.

“Standard cinema”
Reviewed November 22, 2012 via mobile

Went to see Skyfall. It's a pretty standard cinema although seemed a little rundown. The first seat I sat in was broke!

The film started with the wrong titles but thankfully was fixed and the cleaning staff were in the screen before most people had left. Not a great experience. Been to many cinemas that are a lot better than this.

One thing I did like was the option to buy tickets on the machines downstairs first so you could go straight to the screen.
