“Great place to stay”

Rhodes Avenue B&B is a great place to stay: Two very pretty rooms in a green and silent neighborhood, 40 to 60 min. by bus/underground from the places you might like to visit in the center of London. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful and breakfast is a fanciful experience.

We stayd for 2 nights in this great B&B. Room is super, breakfast great and the people managing it are even better! They help you with all your questions, they will pick you up from the metro if you like, they are really there to ensure you will have a nice stay in London. We just love it!!!

We really recommend this B&B for your stay in London.

My family and I were delighted to stay with the Rhodes Avenue B&B for three nights in July. We were pleasantly greeted at the station and then taken to Alexandra Palace where the view of London was fabulous, a lovely trip that we didn't expect but thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was comfortable and spacious, The hosts Elli and Haya obviously care about their guests as the whole place was spotlessly clean and shining. Breakfast was scrumptious; homemade breads and loaves, delicious scrambled eggs and fruits, coffee and teas. We had many lively conversations with our host and he provided many tips on sights to see in London and area. The Muswell hill area is beautful and just a quick walk to the tube station. The bus service is also very good.
We returned home with many happy memories of our first trip to London and an encounter with a very warm and endearing couple. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous weekend in London, partly because of our stay at Rhodes Avenue B&B.
The place is friendly, warm, very nicely decorated. We had a room on the garden, enjoyed a calm sleep in this energetic city, a little bit away north from the center. All very easily accessible by public transport. The Muswell Hill area is also great, close to Alexandra Palace from where you can see all of London.
Fantastic breakfast like I would do myself at home and in the end, it is all really worth the price we paid for.
Highly recommended!

Staying at Rhodes Avenue B&B for two weeks in June, has been a true pleasure for me. The surrounding area of Muswell hill is characterised by many green parts, a friendly community and a good bus and tube connection to the city. While being able to enjoy the less dense and hectic neighbourhood, it only takes 30 minutes to reach the heart of London (West End, Hyde/Green Park, Covent Garden). The owners, Haya and Elli Vardy belong to the most kind, helpful and inspiring people I have ever met. The house has a very familiar and personal atmosphere, which also applies to the individual comfortably and beautifully furnished rooms. The breakfast was of a very exquisite, delicious and rich choice. There is nothing else I could have wished for and I can only recommend staying in Rhodes Avenue to every one. Staying in Rhodes Avenue is more than a home stay- it is a memorable life experience.

Staying at Elli and Haya's homestay was the best part of our London experience. They are wonderful hosts and they made us feel welcome right from the minute we walked into their beautiful home. The room was warm and comfortable, filled with freshly cut flowers and looks out into their lovely garden. The bathrooms were sparklingly clean. They have a beautiful breakfast room downstairs where we had the most relaxing time eating delicious breakfasts over interesting conversations with the hosts. We go back with great memories of Elli and Haya's warmth and hospitality their little gestures of kindness like leaving little gifts for our one year old and making us packed breakfast before an early morning flight. If we are in London again, this is the place we'd go back to!

It's been a week after we moved out from here and I'm still thinking about the delicious breakfast they prepared in the morning, the fresh fruits and warmly baked crumpets and breads with freshly brewed tea and coffee. The room we stayed have clean and comfortable beds with wooden furniture. I specially like the broad windows that lets much sunshine in.

I have to say the hosts are very very nice people. They gave us all the tips about what to see in London and offered us a ride to Alexander Square where we had the magnificent bird's view of London.

The transportation is convenient. It's near Bounds Green station along the Piccadily Line. But you have to walk for about 10 min to get there.

At night when we got back there's always an interesting conversation going on with the tenants and the hosts, and that adds to my good memory of London.
