We did this with a few friends and it was the perfect way to spend a summer evening. Good value for money, fun, different and amazing views. The climb itself is very easy and quite short! Our guide was great too. Just wish the whole thing was longer. Definitely recommended:)

It's fairly self explanatory what happens. It's worth pausing on what they do to make it special. Great guides, great facilities, excellent explanations with respect to kit etc and fairly priced. I can't believe how long it took. Unrushed, lots of photo moments. Would recommend it to anyone :-)

My wife offered me this as a Christmas present in 2013 but work commitments and a wish to "go up" in the sunshine delayed my trip until this year.

Arrived at 11:00 and was taken through the safety briefing - funtunately no need for overalls, just a vest and climbing harness.
The walk takes about and hour and is quite steep on the outer edges, however unless you really struggle to walk uphill I am sure most people can accomplish it easily enough.
During the walk up you are attached to a safety line and your guide points out various facts and items of interest - no photos at this time, this needs to wait for the top. And rightly so, dropping anything means you probably won't see it again.

Awesome views from the top - Stratford Olympic village to Greenwich Obervatory and Thames barrier to the arch at Wembley (just about).

Amazing walk and would do it again.

My daughter and husband had a great time. Would recommend. We took our 5yr old son as well, but it was easy keeping him amused as we explored the O2.

I was given this experience as a christmas present. I waited for for a good weather day before booking but you do need to book a few days in advance to secure a climb as they are booked up pretty quickly. Our guide Callum was friendly, informative and made sure you were ok throughout the climb. After a short safety briefing you are kitted up in the safety harness and after a brief stop for photos you are on your way. The safety 'latch' system is easy to use and you quickly get the hang of it. The initial climb is quite steep but if you are of reasonable fitness this should not prove a problem. Once at the summit you have about 15 minutes to take in stunning views of this part of London and beyond if your are lucky enough with the weather. A great experience that i would recommend to anyone. Something different for a different view of our capital city.
