Paid 30 pounds a night for a poky room that smelled of sewage as a toilet pipe was leaking. Staff were useless. Internet was always on and off. room was rarely cleaned properly. The kitchen was badly supplied. Absolutely awful place run by idiots. I was supposed to stay a week but cut it short after 3 nights. Do not come here.

A video is worth a billion words. Yes, in this horror film you will see a big dead spider in its web, black mold, crud and other blood curling features.
I walked out demanding a refund but they pretended they could not credit my AX. I had to call AX and protest the charge.
I reported the hotel to the Board of Health. I hope they shut it down.

Room Tip: Don't stay here.

The place is located in a silent part away from the busy city center. this property is very close to the metro station and right opposite to a bus stop.

But this is the only that that will impress you. The property is not clean. The rooms are not maintained right. The bathrooms that was attached to our room was so small. An average Indian (5 . 7 ish) would have to duck and take a shower.
We had taken a room with 4 beds and that was all that there could be put into that room.

we payed 30 quid per head to stay in this stupid place.

Please do not waste your money going here.

Room Tip: Do not accept the 2nd floor rooms if even if you dont have a choice.

Stayed here two nights over two weeks whilst working at Ealing Studios. Receptionist hardly spoke a word of English and tried to charge me again for the room which was already paid. First room was upstairs at the back and a good size. Furniture held together with tape and bathroom was tiny but clean. So small that sink sits over the toilet, more a cupboard really.
Woken at 4am by other guests making cups of tea on the landing, a lot of noise from other rooms.
Second visit I was on ground floor and pulled covers back to find pubic hairs in the bed. Didn't bother complaining as the receptionist couldn't understand me.
Personally I would pay the £10 extra and go to the Travelodge. Not recommended.

Room Tip: Try a room in another guest house.

The bed linen was blood stained the replacement linen was also dirty and I had to ask for this to be changed again. The reception was not open when they claimed it was and the staff were generally rude and unhelpful. They accused me of messing the room up myself. I had to stay as I was working near here otherwise I would have left!! Do not waste you money on this place.

Good value for money, I booked a family room to sleep 3 adults and was given a double and twin room. Rooms clean.
BUT I got there at 12pm and parked out the front where I assumed I could. Noone answered the door or the phone. I assumes as check-in wasn't until 2pm that noone was about. I phone regularly from 2pm and someone was answering then hanging up on me. We got back at 9pm and again the door was locked and noone answered. After 30min another guest let us in and got hold of the staff on another number. Once they finally showed up everything was ok but staff didn't even apologise. I wouldn't risk going in case you end up with nowhere to sleep.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front of the building are beside the shared kitchen which can be noisy.

Booked this on Late Rooms.com, it's no longer available on their site which i assume is due to the poor quality and bad feedback.
Booking was made as it was described as 'close to Wembley Stadium', in reality it's a £20 taxi ride, they also offered optional breakfast, it's not an option they don't do breakfast!!
On arrival a very rude man who, looked like he was the maintenance man, took our payment and luckily we asked about breakfast, he told us there is no breakfast but was about to take the £50 payment for breakfast anyway!! We were taken to our room, the room was described as, fully furnished family room with garden access, private kitchen and shower.
The room comprised of four single fold down beds, a desk and a small TV. If you sat at the desk you couldn't open the toilet door!
Our room was on the second floor and built in to the loft, the room was very small and certainly not big enough for a family of four. As it was in the loft you were unable to stand up in the shower and the shower was just a hand held one, not fixed to the wall. One bed had restricted headroom due to the sloping roof, another was dangerous because of the plumbing; hot, cold and waste pipes with sharp edges were sticking out of the wall into the bedroom.
There was no private kitchen, the only kitchen area was shared and on 1st floor.
We only stayed one night fortunately, and there was no one in reception when we checked out.
Very disappointed, there must be better accommodation for the money.

Room Tip: dont think there are any!
