Extremely comfortable and quiet hotel despite being on a busy road. Rooms clean and the bed very comfortable. bathroom well equipped with bath and shower. Outstandingly good service from all the staff members. Good restaurant too, with excellent breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend. There are very few luxury hotels that could compete in terms of quality of care and service.

Being a regular user of Premier Inn for business travel, the fact that the Hotel was clean, fresh, modern, good value etc is no surprise - but I have to say that the team at Ealing were the best I've come across in any PE in the UK.

We checked in quite late on a friday night, and there were plenty of helpful staff at reception to sort us out (especially as I'd made an error when booking online and only booked for one adult and two kids instead of two of each).

We went for a drink in the bar. My beer was flat, so the barman changed it straight way, pouring the new one into a different type of glass (apparently this makes a difference), commenting that if we were going to be in the bar again on our stay he'd be sure to make certain I had the different glass next time around.

At Breakfast, Donna Marie went out of her way to help me make tea for my wife and daughters to take back to the room - even carrying the tray to the lift for me and pressing the buttons.

She and the rest of the breakfast team were entertaining younger kids with a game of "hunt the rubber duck" (six different coloured ducks hidden around the restaurant - find them all and get a prize) while their respective mums and dads had a relaxing breakfast.

Only dissapointment was the "Family Room" which was a normal room, but with two extra single beds squeezed in, leaving zero space between any of them. Now, don't get me wrong, for the price we paid it wasn't the end of the world - we were using it as a base for going into central london, and weren't planning to spend much time in the room, but for two adults and two 15 year old daughters - it was very cramped.

A nice hotel for families. Staff so friendly with children. Warm decoration on bar and restaurant. Family rooms with individual beds for each children! (we were two adults and two children). Very clean room and hotel. Highly recommended to visit London, tube station 10 minutes walk. Correct breakfast and dinner.

Stayed at the Premier Inn in Ealing on my way back form the Wales v Italy rugby match. I was travelling with my 11 year old son so wanted to stay in a family-friendly hotel and was due to visit my nephew and his wife and their two month old baby who live fairly locally. I had stayed in this hotel about 18 months previously so knew that it would meet all the above expectations.

Stayed here fora couple of nights on a business trip. Check in was fast and very efficient and the member of staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet at night. Food was excellent and breakfast and evening meals of high quality. The barman was quick and efficient and the waiting staff were excellent on the first night. The problem which made it very good instead of excellent, was service on the second night. There were two members of staff on duty and they needed more. Service was very slow and it was almost impossible to get their attention and to order food and then pay the bill. Apart from that no problems and looking forward to staying again. The tube is quite convenient and the area more interesting than some other Premier Inn locations in London

Stayed here for a weekend in London. The hotel is just a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station and on a bus route too. The hotel car park is great value at just £6 per day.
The rooms were standard for Premier Inn - clean and comfortable and of a fairly generous size.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering it's location and we enjoyed an undisturbed sleep on both nights.
If you don't want to venture into central London then the bars and restaurants of Ealing are just a short walk away.
The hotel offered great value and a convenient location

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night during January 2014 and really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is just minutes away from a range of shops, restaurants and its just 10 minutes away from the station! The bedrooms were very clean and spacious and we couldn't hear any noise from the main road considering we were very close to it! Staff were friendly and check in was very quick!
