Friendly staff. Long wait for the table, but that's part of the game in a tourist place on a Friday.

Ribs were relatively dry, but edible,
Quesedilla good, but someone had put an once of chilantro in the rice, so it was inedible.
Burger: adequate taste, but rock hard. As were the buns.

Seriously - good raw material, one assumes decent recipies - but the result is sloppy, uncaring, indifferent, and borderline inedible.

Arrived early lunchtime midweek, so place nowhere near as busy as it probably does get. Yet the staff still managed to take forever to even ask for our drink order - don't expect beer on draught when they can charge a fortune for bottles! - food order was taken eventually (after chasing the waitress to ask if it would be possible to eat!) - when food eventually arrived it was obvious it had been lying in the kitchen for a long time. Waitress wasn't interested! Overall, one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time - try some of the smaller places in the area - non mass-produced food served by folks who take an interest.

Was here yesterday lunch time with my partner. This is my partners favourite restaurant. Have been here numerous times so knew what to expect. We walked in and there was a 15 - 20 minute wait but was handed a pager and sat at the bar to wait. This didn't bother us as we know this is a very popular restaurant being in such a central location and also it was an excuse for a Cheeky cocktail! The cocktails aren't cheap but yummy! Delicious food as expected we always go for the ribs as we love their jack Daniels sauce! The meat just falls off the bone. Nachos for starter and they were really tasty! Will be back again shortly! Love this place! The atmosphere is always buzzing, always busy and everyone seems happy :)

For the first time since I can remember we didn't leave a tip because whilst we ate and the food was as we would expect our waitress was just not interested in us we were just a table to be processed. No eye contact, no interest in us, not asked if we wanted more drinks, or pudding! Waited ages for a high chair. A real shame as we like tgif's. I know it's central London, but that's no excuse.

We ate about 4pm. Restaurant was busy but got seated right away. Good choice, quick service. Nice food and bottle of Prosecco was reasonably priced then sat at bar area for a cocktail which was lovely. Had two 14 year olds with us and it was no problem them sitting at bar with us.
