Clean and just around the corner from Victoria Station for perfect connection to Luton and Stansted Airports and other directions.

Modern design, open bar and lobby, free wifi. Rooms clean but small. No windows in some rooms !! Bathroom separated from the claustrophobic small room only by glass wall !

Room Tip: Some rooms have no windows. It is ok to stay for 1 or 2 nights but be careful if you plan on staying a week !!

We booked this hotel for one night and wish it was longer.
We got there earlier than check in however the helpful counter staff said it was no problem and showed us to our room which was just off the main reception/sitting area. The room itself is compact and ours was windowless which was fine for us as we like to avoid traffic noise and there is lovely cool air conditioning available too. The space is cleverly used with opaque toilet and shower room and hanging space attached to the walls. The bed is a good size and very comfy with a 40" TV right in front. We both had a very good nights sleep and only minimal vibrations from the underground trains which i'm sure can only be felt when on the ground floor.
There are tea and coffee making facilities in the dresser drawer, however there is always cool juices available at reception area on the bar.
The Hotel offers free cheese and wine from 5 till 9pm every night which proved very popular and was lovely to see the area busy with people sitting round the large table getting to know each other.
The bar is open late for a drink on your return if you wish and the staff are freindly and chatty.
On leaving the next day we were asked if we wished to leave our bags until later in the day which was very convenient as our train wasn't until later and it saved lugging them round London.
All round it was a great night. Just wish it was longer.
For this being only the 7th week of trading they are doing a superb job.
Thank you Z Hotel.

Room Tip: Windowless avoids traffic noise.

After having stayed in many terrible places in London over the years, this hotel was a great exception. The location is awesome with a two minutes walk to the victoria station and within walking distance of many sights.

Though the rooms are small, it is just right for a weekend trip. The rooms are very modern and nicely furnished. The hotel staff is very friendly and check-in/-out was quick.

An additional benefit is the free wine and cheese every evening. And the big table and the people sitting around in the lobby area give the hotel a nice atmoshpehre. WiFi is available for free.

We were in the second floor with a window to the street. It was a bit noisy, but overall a very good experience.

The only disadvantage are the toilets, if you are not going with a very close person, as they are not that well seperated from the room and only with milk glass up to 1,5 meters.

We stayed here for the weekend for a well needed break and as a close location for the Men's Marathon. We had a windowless room on the 1st floor which was small, but more then adequate for a weekends stay. The bed was really comfortable, the shower nice and powerful and the room also provides tea/coffee making facility. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the complementary wine and cheese in the evening is a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend to friends and would happily stay there again.

Room Tip: You might hear the regular sound of the underground trains but it's not that bad Taller holiday makers may wish to check the bed sizes re: length

I have stayed in the Sister hotel in Soho a couple of times but i recently had a couple of nights in the new Victoria Site. I had a Queen size room with a window on the third floor (307) and found it to be great. It was a bigger room than i am used too in the Z'ds so had enough space and all the usual big telly and powerfull shower. Because my room was in the back of the hotel there was no traffic or public noise so i would recommend asking for a room to the back of the hotel.

The Hotel itself is located 1 minute from Victoria Train and Tube stations and about 5 minutes from the Bus station so its great for getting around. There is a Pub right next door and the usual cafe and beer available downstairs in the main reception / cafe area.

The hotel is not long finished and they have sorted out some of the issues that i have had in the Soho site with showers overflowing and such.

Negative points are while i had a window they are all locked so you have to use the air condition unit which is a little noisy and will take a bit of getting used too.

Secondly the telly is a bit fiddly to get going and there is a nack in getting the sky tv turned on in your room. Once you have worked out how to do it you are grand but it did take me a few minutes to get it sorted.

I will be making this my hotel of choice when in london. Well designed, small but all you need and in a good location without paying a fortune. Get a Queen room in the back of the hotel if you can is my suggestion.

Room Tip: Queen rooms are bigger and try and get one to the back of the hotel if you can as they are nice and quiet then.
