Checked in for the night, upgraded to a lovely executive room. Staff are very friendly - checked in by Rashid and I must point out the gentleman was looking very sharp and smart with a friendly smile and excellent five star customer service - took the time to explain the facilities of the hotel, a very warm welcome.
prior to check-in, spoke to Francesca on the phone as I had some questions before making the booking - very polite and friendly.

On site parking, nice lobby area and a lovely gym on the highest floor with a great view.

Highly recommended.

Hats of to the staff for truly making this place fell like home.

We were upgraded to the executive room, was obviously nicer there.. but the hotel on the whole was very easily accessible by Central line of the underground, bus etc and the staff was very polite and courteous! Ideal location to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, while being 20 min away from the centre

Having stayed on numerous Holiday Inns I have to say this has got to be one of my favourites. On arrival we were served by lovely reveption staff who were very professional but absolutely loveky tk deal with. The hotel itself is sparkly clean and smells like you're in a day spa!!
Room was fantastic, very modern and bright.
Breakfast was the best I have had in a long time in a hotel with a great variety including hot waffles...delicious!
The hotel I s a short walk from North Acton tube station so very easy access to Central London.
But I have to say the after service has been wonderful, I left my jacket in the wardrobe and within a week it is back after being mailed to me.
All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and we are just looking for another excuse to come back down south

Having never stayed at a Holiday Inn before we were impressed with this hotel. We traveled by car and had no problem parking (we arrived on a Sunday), check in was quick and staff friendly.
Our rom was large and well equipped with iron/ ironing board, fridge and safe , WiFi was good.
The bar and restaurant areas are lovely and modern and we found the menu to be varied and food was good - staff here friendly and polite despite being very busy.
For the price we paid and convenient location of the tube station we will come here again .

The location of this hotel is good for the price as close to North Acton tube. However it is in a soulless area with only a few convenience stores. I was upgraded at check in as a member which was very positive. The room was good with big bed and recently refurbished. The major downside for me and a dealbreaker was the bathroom which I hated. What was wrong with having walls in a bathroom rather than a glass with a “modesty panel” and a door which doesn’t close completely and no sound proofing. Ok for one person but not 2. If one person uses the toilet in the night or gets up earlier the light from the bathroom floods the room. I would put the breakfast at 3 star as limited fruit, no berries,poor quality bread, messy off putting open bowls of yoghurt, processed meat and cheese. Cheap seemed to be the overall impression. The staff in reception were not very friendly, more perfunctory. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful. One suggestion for the breakfast cook would be to write down the orders so he doesn’t forget/get them wrong when it is busy. Had to take off one star for the bathroom and the breakfast. If this doesn’t bother you then could be 4 star.
