I booked a deluxe double room room several months ago, only to find out at the reception that the only room available was a twin room. After rejecting this offer and after a 10min wait we were given a key for a double room, only to walk in and find that the room was already occupied. I Complained to the reception and we were allocated another room. A few hours later much to our disbelieve the reception issued a key to our room to a complete stranger who tried to gain entry to my room. The security implications of this are shocking, with different people being given keys to occupied rooms.

Stayed here one night as going to the 02 to see a concert, the hotel itself in a fantastic
position, near bar restaurants and shops. Just a 10 min DL train ride takes you to Tower Bridge
The Staff at the hotel all polite and courteous a bit of confusion with our luggage at check in but
quickly sorted. Room itself was a good size with everything you could need in it, we had a good view
over the docks and the bed really was one of the most comfy iv ever slept in. Car parking was across the road and for a day and a half £15 which I did not think was too bad..
All in all a lovely break in the capital and would stay here again.

Stayed here on 24 November as we were gong to O2 to see Robbie Williams. Hotel was very busy as most of the guests were also gong to concert! Hotel was very prepared for a busy check in period and had plenty of staff around to help. Check in very efficient and speedy. Head Concierge was very well organised and efficient and organised our car to the O2. We had a problem with our return journey which was not hotels fault but they sorted it out with the company and arranged for our car to Kings Cross Station complimentary ! He also accompanied us to the car and ensured the driver knew where we were going. Above and beyond is the Marriott strap line and they certainly did that.

Hotel is very close to Docklands light railway and we used this to,go to Westfields at Stratford. Canary wharf is behind the hotel which has plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall. Underground is about 7 minutes walk from hotel. Overall a good location for many reasons.

Beds are so comfortable, lovely pillows and bedding is standard for Marriott. Always ensure a good nights sleep!

I noticed that all staff here were really friendly and efficient which is great for a London hotel.

Would definitely return to London Marriott West India Quay.

Impressive looking hotel but was somewhat underwhelmed when I realised that my room was in the small block right outside the train station. Anyway had a great sleep in the amazing bed. The location was very convenient and overall I had a good stay

Canary Wharf has been "mallified" -- tons of restaurants and shopping but all very contemporary and with little character. That said, this clean hotel offers good access to all arms of public transportation, making it a good place to locate and them explore.
