Staff here are terrific. We had a few challenges with the room but nothing they didn't handle. Certainly appreciate the style of the rooms in the Townhouse considerably more than the modern rooms they have in adjacent building. Our 2nd stay and would definitely come back. May even try their new premises.

My girlfriend and I spent the night here a couple of months ago and absolutely loved our stay. We went for the cheaper room option but was not disappointed at all. Although only small, was really comfortable and amazingly decorated. The staff were really nice and cocktails were delicious although expensive (but hey this is London so don't expect miracles). Loved the area too, lots of great little eating spots around. Definately worth checking out if you are heading to London!!!

Highly recommended hotel in a great central location. Our room was cool, with everything we needed. It was lovely to have fresh coffee when we wanted it and the staff could not have been more helpful. We did not have chance to visit the bar or restaurant but we had been recommended by friends to try the cocktails there! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was lovely and we had a great stay.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel: nothing wrong to point out, but nothing really extraordinary either...
This hotel is centrally located, but very quiet. I stayed in the townhouse, which is tucked away on a square off the main road. There is a pub on the groundfloor, where the reception is also located.
The staff was polite and professional.
My room was a large suite, with authentic classic English furniture. Everything seemed "old", but helped the classy and cosy feeling of the room. Nice ammenities, like the Nespresso machine or the Roberts Revival digital radio.
The bed was very confortable.
The bathroom was modern, with classic touches.

The Zetter Hotel is Innovative, cool and spotlessly clean. It has a perfect location in the heart of the city but at the same time is surprisingly quiet.
The staff go above and beyond the realms of excellent service.
The hotels restaurant bistro Bruno Loubet is a destination restaurant in itself and the menu exciting. We stayed for pleasure but it would suit any business user too.
We are going back to stay at the Zetter Town House opposite very soon that has a very cool bar and boutique look and is Britannia old school cool.
Apparently the guys behind the hotels are opening a restaurant near Kings Cross called the Grain store in mid June which we will certainly tag on to our next trip. can't wait.
Thank you!

The townhouse building is tucked away on a square off the main road and surrounded by a great places to eat just steps away. You enter through a small English pub that is cleverly designed to look steeped in a hundred years of charm. It's not a big space and the deluxe room we had was also smallish but with a large clean bathroom it was probably just right for a short stay. The rooms like the working pub downstairs is decorated with authentic pieces of English furniture, lamps, books and nick nacks while still offering a modern bathroom and other fixtures. It was a pleasure to behold and feel at home in. If you are only in London for a couple of days and want to feel the spirit of the city and culture the Zetter has what you are looking for.

I'm a a frequent London Travler and I've never find such charming hotel for such "low" price.

1st time at the Zetter, and the crew was very friendly/welcoming but professional.

When i discover my Studio Room (Top floor studios with patios and city views), I was impressed.
The Patio could have been better, but once again for such a low price ...

Nicely situated, the hotel is just in front of a bus stop or at 5 minutes walk from a tube line (1 station from St Pancras)
