Next to station, comfortable bed. The hotel has good connectivity with tube and bus services. ASDA supermarket is next door for any of you needs.
I would have been more happy if the reception has some space to wait for checkin as I have reached the hotel early. Staff is very helpful.

Good clean and comfortable room friendly staff all the facilities we needed. Good location for the O2 arena. We used the DLR and cable car to get to the O2 took only 20 minutes. It is in a good location with a large asda opposite.

I cant express how amazing Becton Premier Inn is. The food is exquisite, the staff friendly, the rooms good sized. First of all you go down the lift for breakfast in the morning, and you can already smell the lovely food from the lift! They had cereals, cooked breakfast, muffins, fruit and much much more! I liked how they had a park for children too.

I recommend this hotel highly.

We stayed here to go to the O2. We chose it as it was a great price for London and had free parking. It is also next door to the DLR and opposite the bus station, so convenient for public transport anywhere you want to go. I would recommend that you get an Oyster card before you get to London as you can't buy one there or get a day travel ticket as both save you allot on travel and give you discounts on things like the cable car ride to the O2 . Back to the hotel the staff are very pleasant and helpful, we asked for more coffee which was delivered to the room immediately. The room was a good size & very clean. Down side was it was one of the rooms in the main building looking out onto the main road, I didn't realise till we went to bed that we would still be able to hear traffic noise, I would stay here again but ask for a room in the other block. One thing I would say is we got back from the O2 at 11pm, we had had a great night and would have liked a night cap unfortunately the restaurant and bar closed at 11, may be a bit early for London. We ended up going to the Asda (open till 12) across the road to get some snacks and made doo with a coffee in the room. In the end it is a Premier Inn but we feel we had value for money, we could not have got a hotel and free parking so close to where we wanted to go for less.

Due to our usual hotel being fully booked, we had to book the Beckton Premier Inn for a change. The hotel is right next to the DLR but you do have to walk around half the building to get to the entrance unless the side door to the Brewers Fayre is open, which luckily it was with the weather being nice.
The Reception staff were really friendly and received the usual warm welcome and quick serivce.
Was put in room 61 which is in the opposite building, its a disabled room but its some trek, just as you get to the end of the corridor you turn 3 corners and go down another corridor, probably not ideal for a disabled person. Not great for me considering I'm working on my feet all day.
The room was pretty standard for Prem Inn, large 42" HD TV's which was good for the World Cup. Room was clean and tidy. Being a disabled room you get the added benefit of a walk in shower, but no bath. Floor boards are very creaky, you can hear every move of the people upstairs, so try to avoid the ground floor if possible. Other than that the room was very quiet, it was down the side so no busy road or DLR.
I did ask reception about moving due to the noise from above (we had teen students in) but there were no free rooms, however the receptionist (Jovetic) was very polite, friendly and did try to offer other solutions. Far more friendly than some of the staff in the Brewers Fayre. The food is good in there, particularly the Oreo Cookie Pie which is highly recommended but there were some communications issues with some of the staff which put a downer on things.
Would consider staying here again.

Room Tip: Upper floors wont have noise from above. Ring a day before to ask for a quiet room.

Usual excellent service and quality of room - exactly as Lenny says! Beware the hotel is on a very busy main road so front rooms are very noisy. If you are a light sleeper then this may be a problem for you. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and you can leave your car for the day if you need to take public transport. DLR station 2 mins walk. UEL is 2 stops along and you're straight there. My reason for choosing hotel and I was not disappointed. Difficult to rate sleep quality as I can cope with noise, but if you can't, then this could be a problem, so have rated as 'average' for that reason.

This is the 6th time I have stayed at Beckton due to the great location. Unfortunately this stay was not as good.
After just having a baby, my husband and I booked a break away to visit london and get a good night sleep! We were put in room 42 which was the first room on the ground floor next to the entrance of the rooms across the car park. After returning to our room at 23.00 we were awake most of the night hearing people banging and shouting as they returned from there nights out. This didn't finish until after 5.00am. Whilst checking out we told the staff after they asked how we slept and there response was 'well you should of asked to move'....what, after 23.00 we should come and ask to move packing all our things if you do by any chance have a spare room on a Saturday night!!! So much for good nights sleep guarantee!!! I was not offered my money back. We will NOT be staying here again!
