Stayed in this premier inn over New Years holiday period. The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good with a good selection of hot and cold foods. The hotel is very close to earls court tube about 3minute walk. I was with my wife and 2 children. Would recommend this hotel for a short city break. We had no problems with noise during the night.

Brilliant location, clean room, and reasonable price when factoring in the meal deal...until it came to trying to sleep!

On arrival, room window was open and it was particularly cold. Despite leaving in room heating on for the evening, still didn't warm up.

Also thought I was lucky to be in one of the rooms to the front of the hotel as opposed the rear (with the train line that the website warns about). Unfortunately though the only noise I experienced was through the particularly thin walls of a fellow guest in an adjoining room who had a hacking cough all through the night. Wasn't asked if I had had a good nights sleep, (which ironically is the first time in 30+ stays at various Premier Inns) and when I mentioned the problem the lady on reception could only offer "Nobody else has reported that" and "Everything else was ok though?". Not Premier Inns usual customer service focussed interaction, and not a patch on the friendly welcome of the previous night.

We stayed 3 nights in January and chose the hotel because with Premier Inn you always know what you're getting and usually no nasty surprises. The hotel sits halfway between Earls Court and Gloucester Road tube stations, we used the latter one.We chose this particular hotel as it was a short walk to all the museums, which was the main reason for the visit. The outstanding thing about this hotel is the friendliness and "can do" attitude of all the staff right down to the cleaners and room make up staff. The meal deal is good value, and the breakfast is superb. The dinner menu is more like a pub menu, so after a couple of nights you might like to wander down Cromwell Road where there are some very nice Italian restaurants.

We were out at night and the area felt safe, and for London was relatively quiet.

An excellent room at the back of the annex which is the quietest area. The building isn't new,but our room had clearly had a very recent refurbishment and couldn't be faulted.

We would use this hotel again.

Room tip: Quiet rooms are in the annex. Some rooms in the main building overlook an open tube line and are noisy.Request a quiet room when you book.

We have just spent 2 nights on a short break, with friends and cant believe how helpful the staff were at the Earls Court Premier Inn. From the minute we arrived to the time we left, they couldn't have been more helpful and importantly polite, even if this is a so-called budget hotel the staff were anything but, and in our books deserve "Top Marks"

Room tip: We were located in the quiet part of the Hotel, which is accesed via the walkway across the road

Good location close to Earl’s Court station, rooms clean and big enough, helpful staff.
The breakfast is not cheap but it’s definitely worth it since it’s very rich, you can also order hot porridge.
Yet the two rooms we reserved (5th floor) were always freezing, we called several times for help, they reimbursed us the first night (this is their policy in case you don’t sleep well), they tried to boost the heating and then gave us extra duvet but the problem was never really solved and we didn’t sleep well at all.
Other minor trobles were broken soap nozzle and very bad hairdryer, lack of shower caps and towel hangers, they forgot to clean up the room one day , the last day it seemed that we did not pay for our breakfast, but we did and when we asked for two extra duvet they only brought one.
Overall I think it’s a good hotel but I can’t stand sleeping in a cold room so unfortunately my review cannot be completely positive.

Room tip: Familiar rooms are located in a separate building joined with the main one by an internal bridge but you have to walk for a long time to get to the rooms.
