Best Western Victoria Palace

We spent two nights at the Best Western in one of the Annex buildings.
There were 8 in our group and two couples were housed in one building and two in another. We had made reservations for the annex and vaguely knew about the rooms. Check-in went smoothly, although we two of the couples arrived at the rooms, they hadn't been cleaned yet. The Annex rooms are very small; we had elected two twin beds and this worked best for us, but we also had two large suitcases and it made for a tight fit in the room. We also had requested and we're guaranteed a first floor room; however, when we checked-in, there was a flight of stairs to be climbed.......no elevator in the hotel annex.

The hotel is centrally located and a nice walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye. We found a couple nice pubs to have lunch at as well. The rates we booked at we're reasonable; although payment is upfront and nonrefundable; this worked out well for us as we like to pay expenses upfront if possible.

We would stay here again, but would probably pay the few extra dollars and stay in the main building to see if the rooms are any bigger and more comfortable.

I was so happy with our room and the staff. Our room was clean and tidy. Our Housekeeper was very thorough and always did a fabulous job. The front desk was very helpful and always a joy to speak with. The hotel is located near many Restaurants and Victoria Station. I highly recommend....

The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was perfect for me. Clean and tidy although the bathroom floor was a bit cold to the feet (I stayed in December) but that is my only complaint.
The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants, the tube/train and bus station.
I would definitely stay here again.

We just spent 10 days a the BW Victoria Palace and had a great time. It's conveniently located to Victoria Station which will get you around London easily. Plus the station's mall has food and shopping options too. There are also great pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk around the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. While the rooms are small like most European hotels. It was clean and refreshed everyday. Hot breakfast in the morning (eggs, sausage, beans, tomatoes, breads, cereal, coffee, tea, OJ) had us ready for each day's adventures.

Free and strong WiFi signal kept us connected.

Can't go wrong here.

This was my second stay in this hotel. The location is ideal for the tourist- a matter of a few blocks from Victoria Station and its connections to bus, tube and train lines. It's clean, excellently priced and has air con for those visiting in warmer months. The concierge remembered my sister and I from a visit over a year and a half ago and was kind enough to upgrade our party to an apartment for no charge. Highly recommended.

We needed a reasonably priced room at the last minute near Victoria Coach Station and booked this hotel. When we arrived, even though early for check-in, our baggage was handled and the front desk staff found us an available room. The furnishings are clean, although a bit worn. Bathroom immaculate. All amenities provided including free WIFI. Also a full hot breakfast was available, making the overnight stay even more convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and super helpful. My son left his watch in the room, we called them from the airport, they had found the watch and very kindly offered to mail it to us. Nice to have free Wi-Fi clean spacious bathroom. The hotel is near very nice restaurants, pubs and metro :) We enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: If you ask the friendly staff to give you a quite room they will help you.
