Good for any football fan obviously Chelsea are a big club with some star players so looking at pictures of top footballers holding the Champions league is interesting to see as you walk in and around the hotel. The staff are friendly especially the concierge but the people on the front desk do contradict each other about how long it takes to get your money back what they take off your card when you arrive. The room itself was very smart and clean but the pillows weren't the most comfortable and the aircons pretty loud. In terms of location its absolutely spot on , nice to be staying in a hotel where theres brand new top of the range cars parked on the surrounding streets. There is a bus stop just outside and the number 14 bus is a 24 hour bus. Your underground day pass gets you unlimited access to this bus and it takes you to the subway at south kensington in 5 minutes tops. Although the hotel has some great assets , the breakfast is definetly not one of them. I would honestly give the breakfast a 2/10 and i can eat anything when im hungover so definetly not impressed. Also the service at breakfast wasn't great , asked for some more milk and was basically ignored by a couple of members of staff who said 'yes be right back' and then just never came back. If the staff & the food was better this could be a top hotel.

Chelsea at its highest. If you are into football and its what about a hotel that is simply RIGHT there at one of the most well known football stadiums in the world? This is what you get here.
Located right at the Chelsea Stadium at Stamford Bridge, this is a great hotel.
It is probably a 5 minute walk from fulham broadway tube station, it is very well located in west london. ok it is not in the centre but the thing is as long as you are close to the tube/bus you can go anywhere from there.
The room is decent, almost modern casual and clean.
Unlike previous reviewers, I had no problems with the hotel staff/service. Everything they could do they did.
Again, great location, great soccer atmosphere around and great value for the money. Certainly staying there again and highly recommended.

Ok, cannot get better than this. If you are into soccer, what about a hotel that is simply RIGHT there at one of the most well known soccer stadiums in the world? This is what you get here.
Located right at the Chelsea Stadium at Stamford Bridge, this is a great hotel.
It is probably a 10 minute walk (at the most) from the subway so yes, it is very well located London-wise. Sure it is not within reach of Piccadilly Circus but the bottom line is as long as you are close to the subway you can go anywhere from there.
The room is decent, contemporary decoration and clean.
Unlike previous reviewers, I had no issues with the hotel staff/service. Everything they could do to get me a room ASAP (I came from Canada and got there several hours before check-in) they did and I was very happy to be able to crash way ahead of time!
Again, great location, great soccer atmosphere around and great value for the money. Certainly staying there again and highly recommended.

I booked this through lastminute as a top secret hotel, and was really pleased with what we got. The hotel itself is really lovely, the christmas lights everywhere are really beautiful and make it feel like you are staying somewhere really special.

The receptionist was very friendly and asked us if we would rather stay in a double as we had been booked into a twin, which we did and she went to check what room she could find us. Another man came out and told we had 'a lovely room' and we did! It was facing the front of the hotel on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the city and really spacious.

The bed was lovely, the staff were always friendly and did everything they could do help .

My only complaint would be the lack of tv channels (just 4 not including sports channels) toothpaste and conditioner. But other than that it was really perfect.

5 minutes from the tube, cinema, restaurants and bars.

I recently stayed here after booking a deal through last minute.com. The location is good as it is quite near Fulham Broadway station and the price was the best we could get in the area for a decent hotel.

The service we got when we arrived at the hotel was awful. We had been booked into a twin room and had been told by one of the receptionists that it was no problem as the hotel was quiet and that it would be changed. When we went to check in however we were greeted with an extremely rude man. Apart from this upsetting incident the rooms are well equipped and comfortable.

I have never been spoken to like that by a stranger before and that would stop me from staying again. However, if you are just looking for a clean and comfortable room for the night then this place will do just fine.

Cost: A deal that should cost £75 (which is acceptable because of the distance from the centre) ended up costing £100 because they didn't have the double room I'd booked. So, we paid the £25 "upgrade" to be greeted with the tiniest double we've ever seen! Coupled with a poor quality mattress, a bathroom door that didn't shut and a shower that dribbled it was definitely not 4 star.

Noise: We were woken at 2.30, 3.30 and 4.30 by other guests and room service trying to wake our neighbours.

It is a real shame as I'd stayed there before and thought it was great. Another tired London hotel.

Stayed in the smaller of the two hotels, for small extra upgrade fee... the staff was generally welcoming and slightly indifferent to comings in and out past them... nice air scent but my partner felt a bit overwhelmed by this... good transport to make up for being a bit out of the way advertised on the site we booked through, with harrods being a tube ride away rather than a quick walk... the room decor and amenities were equivalent to similar class hotels... district line is just 4 min walk and buses stop out front. It is smack next to Chelsea football ground and since air con is not adjustable beyond 2-4 degrees from that preset by entire facility it may be necessary to keep window open should you like to be cool at night... be warned this can prove a but noisy though since despite being in mainly pedestrian zone, stadium services and deliveries are frequent. Their hair conditioner is the best in any hotel but you probably don't care too much about that. This is a very good value for money hotel if you are a seasoned traveller and dont mind the short trek

Room Tip: try not to stay on the side that has entrance to parking lot, the barrier gate boeeps every time it...
