Overall score, 3.5. We chose the Space Apart hotel because we needed a spacious room for 3 people at a good price. We found that in this centrally located hotel. The staff was nice, the room was clean and well appointed with mod cons. BUT, there was a lot of street noise - from construction during the day (jack hammering at 7 am) to loud neighbors at night. The windows weren't adequate to keep out the noise. The other drawback is that this is labelled as serviced apartments but they are not serviced during your stay. So - it was a bit misleading and we didn't want to spend our vacation laundering towels etc. Overall we had a nice stay and I would recommend the hotel, but I would caution about the noise and lack of servicing of the room while you are there.

Basement-room was clean, modern and wi-fi work great. The room was spacious. Reception is great and helpful. They show our room to us and how everything working. Kitchen was not big but right size for two. Location is really good, near tube (2 x station, Bayswater/Queensway) and bus. Many shops and restaurant is 1-4 minute walking area.

It felt like we were in the hotel's best guests, we were treated so well. It's sure that we are coming back to this hotel next time.

This apartment hotel offers really good facilities for the price - studio apartment with modern well-equipped kitchenette, shower room, dining area, double bed, free wifi, television, DVD player, direct dial phone (if you need that these days), etc. It has a lift to al floors and really welcoming and helpful staff. The one disappointing aspect for me was the noise from the street. The sash windows in the front of property studio I was in lacked double glazing, which meant that I heard the city fall asleep - briefly - and heard it awaken. Having said that, though, I will stay there again. By the way - Booking.com does not tell you the number of the hotel in the street, so best note it from here.

This was our 4th stay in this hotel in last 3 years and we had a wonderful time there.
We have been checked in by Mark, who also upgraded our reservation to premium studio on 4 floor with no extra charge which we would like to thank him so much also for letting us in our studio early.
It was nice to have a sofa in the room where we could relax after long day in London. Free internet is always a bonus in this hotel.
Thank you to all for making us to feel very special this time and we will always be loyal to this place in London.
Look forward for our next stay in summer.

my wife and i decided to go up to london for a concert, but decided to stay a couple of nights, we searched the internet and found space, the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful, the location was really pleasing, because we were in central london but didnt feel like we were, it is a couple of minutes to the tube and bus stops. the room itself was clean and tidy and at night it was very quite, just up the road is portobello market and lots of different places to eat, all in all i really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again no probs

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for three nights over the weekend and we couldn't fault a thing. The location is great, only about a 5 minute walk to bayswater tube station and about a minute walk to plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops. We also went to the Portobello market which we walked to in about 15 minutes through a lovely part of London. The apartment itself was perfect, so clean and modern and the staff were all very helpful. We would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again on our next trip!

I stayed here for 6 nights which I fully enjoyed. We booked a 3 person room for two people and at about 30 sq meters it is much bigger than the average hotel room in London. The room has a great bed, nice sofa, dinning table, laundry machine, dishwasher, reasonable bath room and a great small kitchen facility. Just around the corner is a great road full of shops and restaurants and this made life easy. I loved the ability to go and get what you want and eat what I wanted for breakfast each day leisurely in the room watching the morning news, just like at home. The hotel is well located and it is was easy to walk to the places in London I needed to get to during the tube strike.

Note before you book, the hotel is an apartment concept and included in the price the room is only serviced once per week and you are left alone and there is no breakfast included. For me that was great, you can wash and dry what you want (and your towels) in the room in your own washer dryer. If you need any supplies of soap or toilet paper etc, just ask them and they will provide. In return for this simple concept you get a good room rate for London, a bigger room to a normal hotel in london, less people trampling around your room and your stuff and the ability to do what you want.

Points to work on, they need to work out an area for luggage storage in the room (which is possible with some thought), lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved and someone needs to vacuum the staircase. I would say they should provide two room cleanings per 7 days, this for me would be the best balance between their concept and a full hotel.

Would I come back, for sure and if I needed a hotel in the area then I will certain come here as I liked the flexibility of this concept and the team on the front desk who provided great service.
