It is not the usual me to give the highest mark to a dining place, but this place deserves it.

It's mainly a fish and chips place, and they do it well, very well, with excellent value for money.

The fish was super tender and breaded to perfection, hand cut chips fried the way they should, good tartare sauce, meal done freshly while you wait.....you can't expect better from a fish and chips place, this place is near perfection, if I have to rate it in its category, it is the best I've been. Price only £5.35, these people seems to have passion in what they do.

Just stop at Fulham Broadway, a short walk to Dawes road, worth the visit.

Every good review of Bailey's is right on target. The fish are moist and flaky on the inside and crisp on the outside. The portions are huge, but inexpensive. We had the cod and chips lunch special for only 5 pounds. The waitress was super friendly. When we went there it was a combination of locals and tourists. It's a hike from the nearest tube, but it's defintiely worth it. I've been to London 27 times in the past 25 years and this is by far the best fish and chips I have ever had in London.

What a friendly atmosphere and all staff were very attentive to our needs.
Great flavourful cod and chips and portions are large, very large.
My wife had the garden salad and pineapple frittes and greatly enjoyed both. We were able to eat there twice on recent London holiday; however on our next trip to London we plan to eat at Baileys as many times as possible especially since it is relatively easy transport from Fulham Broadway tube taking the bus which stops right in front of Baileys.
Also look for the special, free chips forks!

Ok, so someone told me their friends were driving 45 minutes to go to our local chippie, i thought they were somewhat mad but after getting a takeaway cod and chips for two, i would drive more than that. It's simply brilliant, god knows how or what they do but it's just fantastic.
