My granddaughter and I stayed here 3 nights and found it small, but clean and staff friendly. We arrived too early to check in, but we left our bags with them while we did some sightseeing. It is conveniently located a few steps down and across the street from the St Pancras International - Kings Crossing Tube and train stations, in fact, we used an underground tunnel in front of McDonalds to access the station. The only drawback regarding our particular room was that it I was located down a narrow flight of curved stairs, but since we left early and returned late it wasn't a big deal. As with many European hotels, they don't provide washcloths so bring your own. The complimentary breakfast consisted of a variety of dry cereals with canned fruit and plain yogurt, boiled eggs, lots of bread including hot rolls, ham and cheese as well as a variety of juices. Individual carafes of milk, coffee, and tea were provided at your table. There were also fresh apples and oranges. Breakfast was also located in the lower level. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience and we would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here. The location is perfect, right by Kings Cross/ St. Pancras. So, easy access to The Underground to whatever you want to see in London.
The breakfast was very good and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive.
The hotel staff was able to answer any questions we had, offered advise for attractions and where to dine, and was attentive.
Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Very convenient location to St. Pancras station if that's what you need. Simple small rooms (I feel like all this type of hotels in London have it), pretty clean, not super updated. But I saw worse. Breakfast starts at 8am (which is later than most hotel do). Another detail- they make you leave room key at the reception every time you leave hotel while your stay. Because of it's convenience I would stay there again but definitely no more than 1-2 night thinking that you spend minimum time in the hotel.

After a red eye from ny we landed in london at 6 in the morning, and were at the hotel at 8 am , the front desk staff has been really hepful and checked us in immediately , thing we were really grateful of. Right in the heart of london and just around the corner from king's cross .

Stayed here for the night on a weekend trip with my mum. Chosen for the location and the frequent comments on cleanliness in other reviews(!) and we weren't disappointed at all. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room with tea and coffee making facilities and a stone's throw from the station. Left luggage available all day on arrival and departure and the continental breakfast was very nice too. Room was very little but we were expecting that for the price and location, and it still had some storage space as we'd not brought big suitcases. Perfect for a short stay.
