“So Handy to the Trains”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

We picked this Hotel because it's walking distance to St Pancras/Kings Cross as we took the Eurostar to Paris.
Despite being in the Central City it's was fairly quiet,The room was old and dated, the "camp"beds were not very comfortable.Water splashed all over the bathroom floor from the shower. No Lifts.
Narrow stairs.
The room was very clean, good TV and WiFi. Handy to McDonalds,a Post Office and Transport.
Good breakfast. The Staff seemed to be all Russian but very helpful and friendly.
I would stay here again for the location and price.

The main feature of this hotel is definitely its location. just opposite king's cross st. pancras station, where you can get eurostar train connections and airport transfers to both Gatwick and Heathrow. Our room was really clean and comfortable, the shower heavenly powerful.
By the way you must be fit to climb up the narrow stairs carrying your luggage, since there's no lift.
free wi-fi is available.
Only breakfast was a bit disappointing, a bit poor.
Staff could make an effort and try to be at least slightly more empathic.
We consider this hotel a bit pricy, but the overoll experience is good, so don't miss it!

Comfortable, clean and very helpful. Not too expensive & just behind St Pancras for international travellers. Be sure to visit the V & A at S. Kensington if you have time
The hotel is just off the main drag, so quiet at night, and easy to find for those unfamiliar to the area.not for those who want luxury and space.

This basic hotel has small rooms, main draws being reasonably priced for London and at a stone throw from st Pancras station. No elevator, stairs a bit narrow with big suitcases. If you are looking for a budget option in London its a good choice.

Small but good rooms. Reception people were friendly. Breakfast needs some fruits. Ambulances and polices were driving there at night so that might wake you up. There was wifi too for customers and that was very useful. Valueable for money. I will go next time too. And there was a cute dog. :D
