My title sums up my overall impression. A good varied menu, slightly expensive for what was being served. I ordered "Gammon with a hot and sour Asian slaw". Nice piece of gammon, but frankly the "slaw" was of only of garnish proportions, so best described as "minimalist". The Bruschetta was well above average. Where Bill's needs to improve is on service, we actually lost track of who was taking orders, serving us etc. as a consequence the meal arrived in a haphazard way. We would eat there again, worth another try.
