The twins and teh rest of the family is absolutly fantastic.Over the years we been staying in L & S the excelant service just stays the same. I shall recomend this hotel to anybody and will definately stay there again.

We actually stayed at the Luna Simone in December of 2009 right before Christmas on the suggestion from a family friend. When I looked it up on Trip Advisor it looked like our best bet for the money.

I'll admit I was a little surprised at how small the room was, but even with two large suitcases we had room for everything. The bathroom was updated and the owners told us they were working on updating all of the rooms with new TVs and bathrooms if they didn't already have them.

We were on the top floor so our view was somewhat blocked by a concrete ledge. I actually crawled out the window to take a few pictures of the street. We found it got hot in the room after taking a shower (remember this was December) so we opened the windows a lot. I'd hesitate to stay here in the summer just because I found it warm at times even in the winter! I'm sure the lower floors would have been fine.

We loved that the breakfast was included and there was a relatively good variety of food to choose from. Convenient and saved us a lot of money. The staff was always pleasant and on our last day one of the staff even exchanged some american money for us because we didn't have enough for a taxi to the airport- he just looked up what the current exchange rate was and gave us that. He also went out of his way to get a taxi for us and help us with suggestions on where to go and what to do. I needed a receipt after we were back in the states for one of the nights of our stay because I had lost it. When I called they immediately scanned and emailed me a new receipt. Awesome people and a great hotel. One of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Very reasonable for this area of London. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We booked this hotel based on the reviews of Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. Hotel is great value for money for expensive London.

We were told in advance that no elevator is available, but nevertheless got a room in the ground floor so we had no problems at all with our luggage. The room was facing the street, which was not noisy.

Location is very good, within walking distance of Pimlico tube (nearest station) and Victoria. On the way to Victoria there are some restaurants at very affordable prices and also a nice supermarket which is open until late.

Staff has been really friendly, always willing to help and greeting us with a warm smile. Breakfast was ok, my wife was even offered other alternatives outside of the standard menu.

Overall, it was a really nice stay. We will definitely come back!

We came to London to dine at Gordon Ramsays restaurant. We were really looking forward to 5 pre christmasdays in London The dining experient at Gordon Ramsay was superb and so was the stay at Luna Simone.

Our flight from Norwary arrived at Gatwick and the Gatwick express goes directly to Victoria station. All in all verty conveniant.

It takes about 10 min from Victoria to Luna Simone. There is a smaller underground station named Pimlico its closer to the hotel. We used this station quite a lot.

We had a room at the forth floor I think. Room nr 15. And yes there are a lot of stairs to climb. For elderly guests It would have been hard to get to the room. But we are two girls in our thirtees.

For me and my friend it gave us a reminder that we should go more often to the gym...

The room had just the size we needed. It seemed new and bright. I especially liked the bathroom. It must have been renovated recently because it looked very modern. If there is anything to comment its the energy saving shower. Its good for the envirement so I support it with all my heart but some migh want a bit stonger water pressure.

The breakfast was great. Once we arrived in the breakfastroom we were welcomed with a smile. Quick and warm service.

At the day of departure. We had a late flight but there was no problem leaving the luggage stored in the behind in the reseption. We also had a very nice chat with the owners while picking up our things and leaving to the airport.

Love the atmosphere and the warm and charming people running the place

We paid 420 punds for 4 nights stay. I do not think its possible to find any comparable hotel with the service and hopitality we recieved.

Love to come back soon.

Luna Simone is a great place to be in for the price of 100 pounds in Victoria. Stayed for a night with triple single beds room. Was lucky to be able to check in at 11am as the room was available. Very friendly service. There are lots of information and brochures for tour in London in the front office. Superbly clean toilet. Room size is ok considering expensive London.

Great breakfast in terms of service by Peter and his staffs and good quality food.

Only complain was the single beds are small But they are comfortable.

Very friendly owners. Always accommodating. More than enough breakfast to eat. Room was a little smaller than expected but very clean and warm. Very safe & centrally located neighborhood. Would stay there again.

It is true that we were courteously received on arrival, but we did have a difficult first night, Although we are seniors, we were allotted a room on the second floor. This was remedied on the next morning and we found ourselves in a well appointed spacious ground floor room, above average London B&B standards. The previous room was OK but its difficult for us to climb so many stairs.
Not only was the breakfast tasty, but it was supervised by the friendly family. When we said that we missed having a vegetable salad, they provided us with a big one.

This area of Pimlico is very close to the central London area and there is a bus outside the hotel with Trafalgar Square as its end destination. We ourselves made the ten minute walk to the Victoria train and underground station each day.

One tip - The reason for the Simone & Luna names is that there are 2 identical buildings one next to the other. Each building has exactly the same numberings for the room. Due to this ,after climbing up to the second floor and trying my key in the door, I found it to be an occupied room! Maybe another kind of numbering would help?
I emphasize that we very much enjoyed our stay and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly (St.) Mark.
